Introduction

MyCESMM was introduced in 2011 to suppress discrepancies and ambiguities in Bill of Quantities, aid better understanding of the nature of work at hand and minimise the likelihood of claims and disputes during the construction stage.

Through a platform such as Fast Forward with MyCESMM, it is hoped that the understanding and acceptance towards the measurement method is spread widely among the local construction industry stakeholders hence promoting its adaptation in their projects.

Fast Forward with MyCESMM is the 4th in a series of Seminar and MoU Signing ceremony organised since 2013 and have engaged 19 active CIDB partners to advance the usage of MyCESMM in the preparation of Bills of Quantities for civil engineering projects.
