In order to have the necessarydata of all articles awailable forthe dyeing and finishing processOrgaTEX provides editors for thecreation and the managementof dye programs, machine set-tings (preparation data) andrecipes. The integrated linkbetween recipe data and relateddye program or set of prepa-ration data ensures that for allstages of the finishing processesthe quality is assured.

Detailed information is the re-quirement for quick decisions.With OrgaTEX you always haveimmediate access to all ac-quired data. By utilizing filterand sort functions every desiredinformation can directly befound and accessed. Via theODBC database interface the in-formation can be transferredand processed in MS Excel orsimilar programs.

OrgaTEX is online connected toall processes. The automaticallyacquired measurement data ofevery production segment isconstantly stored in the data-base. By using the programs

The online batch scheduler is apowerful tool to reduce the dailyroutine work in the dye houseoffice to a minimum. An elec-tronic planning board alwaysinforms about the current stateand progress of the batches.Batches can easily be moved bysimply using drag and dropprocedures. Recipes are in the center of thefinishing process. This makes itnecessary to have a fast andversatile organization of all datalike base recipes, products etc.

By using the easy to handlerecipe editor chemicals anddyestuffs for the finishing pro-cess are put together. A specialfeature is the possibility to linkthe recipe with the machineprogram or with machine set-tings to combine the two ele-ments that basically form afinishing process.

To mark preparations for ma-nual or automatic calls is easybut important. In combinationwith automatic dye kitchen itensures a correct dispensingprocess.

At the time a batch is scheduledthe batch recipe will becalculated. The necessary a-mounts of dyestuff and che-micals will be reserved in thestock control module.

Automatic stock control, orderlists, cost calculation and a de-finite assignment of consumedproducts to their particularbatch are features of the stockcontrol module for dyestuff andchemicals.

The currently very popular auto-matic chemical and dyestuffdosing systems are especiallyeffective if they are intercon-nected to OrgaTEX. The neces-sary data is available in thebatch recipe. Preparation callsfrom the machine controllersynchronize the dosing systemand the process. The actualdispensed quantities are fedback to the stock management.OrgaTEX provides programs todisplay the requested andprocessed preparation calls. Inexceptional cases the prepa-rations can also be requested ordeleted manually.

The chronological logging anddisplay of all historical prepa-ration processes allows a state-ment about the utilization of theconnected dosing system.

OrgaTEX – the interfaces

A number of dye houses arealready using recipe systems.By connecting those systems toOrgaTEX the recipes can furtherbe used in the productionprocess. The transfer of proce-dures to the recipe systemallows linking the recipes withthe dye program.

From the transferred recipesOrgaTEX creates the necessarypreparation data for the con-nected scaling stations anddosing systems. If an externalstock management system isavailable then the actual con-sumption data is automaticallyfed back to this system.

ConnectionITM-Process

The integration of ITM-Processwith OrgaTEX is currently thehighest degree of flexible crea-tion of dye programs for everysingle batch. With the help ofdye-technical experience buildinto ITM-Process the batch datawith the necessary treatmentsections and parameters for thedye process as well as thecomplete recipe will be trans-ferred to OrgaTEX. This resultsinto a reproducible abundanceof dye procedures for every kindof articles, dyestuffs and ma-chines etc. that cannot be ac-hieved by conventional means.Based on this method the dyeprograms are automaticallygenerated by OrgaTEX from thetransferred treatments and pa-rameters. The transferred batchitself will be shown in the batchscheduler. The recipe data isavailable for further processingin a manual or automatic dyekitchen.

A large number of companiesare using various computersystems for order managementand production control. In orderto transfer this data directly toOrgaTEX an ODBC interface toan integration database can beprovided by OrgaTEX.

In this way different data likebatch information, recipes etc.can be transferred to OrgaTEX.On the other side OrgaTEX pro-vides a large number of datathat can be made available inthe database once the batch isfinished. This data then can beused by the production planningsystem for calculations andevaluations.

For package dye houses thereare some manufacturers thatoffer automatic handling andtransport systems. In connec-tion with SETEX controller andan OrgaTEX system the hand-ling system can receive automa-tically loading/unloading ordersfor the particular machines.

Connectionhandling/transportsystems

Via a database interface thirdparty controller can be con-nected to OrgaTEX. This resultsinto a functionality that iscomparable to the SETEXcontinuous controller. Manage-ment of all machine settings(sets of preparation data), batchscheduling, online informationand data feedback after batchend are possible with these thirdparty controllers.
