1. ALWAYS HAVE YOUR CATALOGUE AT HAND. You never know who you may meet!

2. GO THROUGH THE CATALOGUE WITH YOUR CUSTOMER.

A good consultant goes through the catalogue with customers, providing advice and product recommendations. This is proven to increase orders.

3. LEAVE THE CATALOGUE WITH YOUR CUSTOMER. We suggest that you leave the catalogue for no longer than for 2-3 days. Try saying “I will lend the catalogue to you and I will come back for it tomorrow” More potential customers will see the catalogue and your orders will increase.

4. BEFORE MEETING THE CUSTOMER, THINK ABOUT WHAT SHE/HE IS LIKE.

Think about how old she/he is and what she/he usually uses. Adjust your recommendations according to her/his specific needs.

5. MAKE NOTES ABOUT YOUR ORDERS IN YOUR NOTEBOOK.

Do not make notes on pieces of paper or in the catalogue – you will risk losing them.

THE BENEFITS OF BEING A LEADER IN ORIFLAMEEarn a substantial income – Earnings at the independent Manager level are good, but your earning potential really takes off when your reach the Director level! The expected average income for a Director in the first year is Rs. 4,94,000 but that’s just the beginning. As you reach higher and higher Director levels, your income grows exponentially and you have a fantastic opportunity to create financial stability for yourself and your family. A Gold President Director can expect over Rs. 3,00,50,000 a year!

Fantasticcashawards – When you qualify to become a Director, a cash bonus is paid on top of your normal monthly income. Cash awards ranges from Rs. 75,000 (Director) to Rs. 75,000,000 (Diamond President Director).

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENTBecoming a Director means leading your group, including other Leaders. The different training modules in the Oriflame Academy and the specially designed Directors’ seminars will help you sharpen your leadership skills. Regular meetings with other Directors and Oriflame management will help you develop even further.

DIRECTORS’ MEETINGOnce you have reached Director level, you are recognised as a key Leader in Oriflame. At the Directors’ meeting you’ll then cover current topics related to your business with representatives of Oriflame’s management.

INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCESOriflame hosts three major international conferences every year in exotic locations. They are titled respectively the Gold, Diamond and Executive conference. Executive Directors and higher are invited to participate in the most exclusive Executive Conference which takes place just prior to the Diamond conference. Participation is always based on your results. In order to qualify for these, more exclusive events, you should start mapping out your strategy now. It is important that the way you are working and developing your business is easy to duplicate in order for the Consultants in your group to be able to adopt your way of working. This system is named SARPIO – Sales and Recruitment Processes in Oriflame.This is simply the most efficient roadmap to success!

The core contents are generally accepted principles for growth of a network marketing organisation and the structure is uniquely designed to fit the Oriflame Success Plan and the profile of an Oriflame Consultant. The Oriflame Success Plan earnings, awards and trips are the compensation you enjoy as you build a successful business and SARPIO is the system we recommend and provide for you which will help you realise your full potential. Once you reach 21% Director level you may choose to follow any system you like as long as it is within the Rules of Conduct and the majority of successful Directors choose to implement SARPIO. ROLES AND PRIORITIES FOR CONSULTANTS

THREE CORE ACTIVITIES

Oriflame´s philosophy is to invite everybody to become a Consultant regardless of their level of ambition. The results show that around 40% of Consultants are wholesale buyers buying for themselves and their family. Another 40% are sellers and have on average 6 to 10 customers while 20% are existing or aspiring Leaders. All three categories are equally important for the success of your business. The opportunity for Leaders to develop a considerable business relies on many people joining with varying level of ambitions. As the majority of Consultants can be expected to spend only 3 to 10 hours on Oriflame per catalogue period, it is therefore important that this time is spent on productive and fun activities. Your role as an aspiring Leader is to coach and support them to make money for themselves. The chances are that some of them will then find that sponsoring others and building a team of their own can be something for them too. In fact approximately 50% of existing Leaders had no ambition to become a Leader when they first joined Oriflame, but then discovered that there was a dynamic opportunity beyond buying or selling and today have become Leaders.

Since the average Consultant has a relatively low level of involvement with Oriflame, experience has shown that the priorities for a regular Consultant need to be very simple and the focus when coaching a Consultant should clearly be on these 3 priorities: These are:

• SHOW – the catalogue and take orders• INVITE – others to join • ATTEND – meetings, trainings and events

SHOW THE NEW CATALOGUE AND TAKE ORDERS

1. Build your Name List of at least 30 people. List family, friends, co-workers, neighbours and everyone else you come in contact with.2. Select 5 people from the Name List.3. Show the catalogue; let them know which products you like yourself and say, for example, “what can I order for you?”5. ROLES AND PRIORITIES FOR LEADERSHaving reached the Manager level in the Success Plan it is important that you define your roles & priorities differently compared to being on Consultant levels.Your new priorities could be summarised as follow:

• RECRUIT – and activate Consultants• TRAIN – your personal group and develop future Leaders• SET GOALS – and follow-up in order to drive activity and development

RECRUITMENT is an everyday priority and as a Leader you need to act as a role model because of two reasons:

1) Recruitment is what keeps driving your business forward. To reach the really high titles and have continued growth you constantly have to find new potential Leaders and grow them into independent Leaders. 2) The best way of teaching is to show an example. One of the absolute keys to success in Oriflame is relentless focus on recruitment.

FOCUS ON PERSONAL GROUP AND BUILDING STRONG LEADERS. The Success Plan is about recruiting others, supporting them to become successful and hence building a strong Personal Group and thereby advancing to Director Level. Once at Director Level the focus should continue to be on building a strong Personal Group and developing future Directors. It is only through the development of new Directors from the Personal Group that a Director can advance to higher Director titles. The time and energy a Director invests in developing a truly strong split out Director is rewarded many times over. That new Director will be able to work independently, allowing the upline Director to focus on developing yet another new Director.

RECRUITMENT IS AN EVERYDAY PRIORITY. A strong Personal Group is one with healthy ongoing recruitment. The nature of our business is that there is a natural drop off of Consultants who find other priorities in life, which is why recruiting new Consultants must always be the first priority. It is important for Leaders to lead by example and personally recruit, even as they advance. If they stop recruiting, the Consultants in their Personal Group will notice and also eventually stop. Once someone has been recruited they should receive follow-up both from their sponsor (the one who invited them to join) and the Manager/Director ofthat Personal Group.

TRAIN YOUR PERSONAL GROUP. If you have the right focus on recruitment many new Consultants will join

your personal group. It is essential that you take care of and train these new Consultants otherwise there is a risk they will leave you.

THE MANY BENEFITS OF TRAINING – THE ORIFLAME ACADEMY. Training is fundamentally the responsibility of Leaders. It is best done through group meetings where the meeting in itself serves the important role of the “glue” that holds together the organisation. Oriflame training modules in the Oriflame Academy are available to support Leaders. When performing training or Opportunity meetings it is important for the Leader to delegate tasks and allow Leaders at lower levels to present as well, so that they too can grow in their role as a Leader. A Leader can only grow by successfully developing other Leaders. By developing & training your downline to duplicate your work and become independent Leaders you have found another important key to successful growth in Oriflame!

SET GOALS & FOLLOW-UP. Drive activity in your personal group.A critical role of an Oriflame Leader is to ensure that the personal group is active.

LEADERS SHOULD SUPPORT CONSULTANTS TO BE ACTIVE. The priority for Leaders is to get as many Consultants in their Personal Group as possible to place an order in each catalogue i.e. be “active”. This is achieved by setting clear expectations when they are recruited and by continuously following up and contacting those who have not placed orders. Even those who have placed an order should be contacted to be praised and coached to higher sales or levels in the Success Plan. The Leader contacts her/him and also ensures that sponsors are in contact with their Consultants as this is an important part of leadership development.

A LEADER NEEDS CLEAR GOALS. A Leader must also have a clear goal to strive for: desired earnings or trips they can qualify for. The goal should always be linked back to the Success Plan. The company through its’ ASM:s (Area Sales Managers) is there to coach the upper level Directors while Leaders at lower levels are coached by their upline Directors who replicate this process. As a Leader you need to set realistic long term goals and also short term goals for the coming catalogue. This goal setting is done in the Business Planning Session. The ultimate goal is for every Leader to have such a session at the beginning of every catalogue and a continuous follow up throughout the catalogue period.

HOW DOES THE 3 LEVEL SYSTEM “DRIVE” AND “FEED” NETWORK ACTIVITY?

A Leader can have 3 different levels of Consultants in her network:

Level 1: Consultants (0-9% in the Success Plan)

Level 2: Managers (12-21% in the Success Plan)

Level 3: Directors

There are different expectations for each of these levels. The 3 Level System provides a way of integrating and synchronising all three levels for best possible results. Lower level activities feed into upper levels. Then the events at the upper level drive the activity of the lower levels. Team spirit develops, everyone learns by doing; everyone is more active as sales and recruiting increase.

THE LEVEL 1 MEETING

A level 1 meeting is 1-to-1 meeting presenting the Oriflame Opportunity. In the typical L1 meeting you book a time with the prospect in a relaxing place – it could be a café, your or her home or any other place convenient for the prospect.You bring the OOM flipchart and go through it with the prospect. It is important that you add your own experiences – how come you joined Oriflame and what are your favourite Oriflame products. Ask questions to the prospect as it helps her getting involved. If the prospect decides to join at the end invite her to your sponsor’s L2 or L3 meetings as well. Call her the next days after the meeting to follow-up and help her getting started. Ask her to bring an invite to the next meeting! If she doesn’t want to become a Consultant she can become a customer. Remember that follow-up is key - therefore show every catalogue to your customers! The more often you do this meeting, the more recruits you will get and the faster you will grow.

PROSPECTING TECHNIQUES

In order to find new people to present the Oriflame Opportunity to you need to prospect. Prospecting means that you invite new people to listen to and potentially join the Oriflame opportunity. It is essential for your business that you do prospecting as often as possible since it helps you to grow your business.You can do prospecting for example in shopping malls or parties, on the bus or by asking your friends for referrals.

THE LEVEL 2 MEETING

When starting to recruit and developing future Managers your business will grow faster. In order to prioritise and use your time in the smartest way we suggest a successful and easy meeting structure to work with – complement the first SARPIO level with the second level in the SARPIOsystem! The L2 meetings are also called “Manager meetings”.They are small group meetings at a home, café, mall or other meeting place, where the Manager conducts an Oriflame Opportunity Presentation with a business or beauty emphasis.An important part of the L2 meetings is recognition, where those who created good results are rewarded. At the end of the meeting, the Manager and Sponsors help the new recruits to “Get Started”.This includes teaching them how to show the catalogue and take orders, creating their “Name List,” inviting people to the next meeting, and making plans for the next weeks together. Sponsors should accompany their new recruits to all meetings and help them to learn and grow. Prospects who do not become Consultants in the meeting are shown the current catalogue and welcomed as customers. A Manager can also be part of L3 meetings as a team along with his/her Director.

THE LEVEL 3 MEETING

As a Director you can grow and improve leadership development by start arranging the L3 SARPIO meetings. This

can be referred to as “Big Meetings” since there are more Consultants and invites attending and they should be arranged weekly. Managers invite their Personal Group (or atleast their Core Teams). Each participating Consultant (including Managers and yourself) should invite as many prospects as possible, but no less than 1 prospect per Consultant.The Director in charge of the L3 meeting should be assisted by all the Managers, and hold an Opportunity Presentation. An important part of the L3 meetings is recognition, where those who created good results get rewarded. At the end, Sponsors conduct “Getting Started”. In addition the Director should, once per catalogue period, include a catalogue launch presentation. All guests atthese meetings have fun, learn about Oriflame and either become a new Customer or a new Consultant, while existing Consultants get motivated and grow. In connection with the weekly L3 Meeting, Directors should hold training sessions with the assisting Managers. There the Consultants receive Oriflame Academy Training, product training and motivational support. Afterwards, all Directors meet with the Managers and conduct their weekly planning together, where they organise the coming weeks’ events. In addition to Opportunity Meetings, the Director and Managers plan events and hold periodic Social Activities: birthdays, holiday events and celebrations involving the entire Personal Group.

BENEFITS OF THE 3 LEVEL SYSTEM?

• Gets Managers involved (12%-18% in the Success Plan) in the recruiting process.• Is a way to ensure that Directors are active in recruiting and supporting their Personal Group.• Makes it easier for everyone to fulfil their roles and

priorities, and enhances development of new Leaders.• Helps existing Leaders get organised and advance in the

Success Plan without excluding anything they are already successfully doing.

• Establishes consistent recruiting and sales processes that remain ongoing after special recruiting or sales campaigns.

To summarise the roles and priorities of the 3 level system:• Don’t forget to have the L1 meetings every day!• As a Manager you should apart from the L1 meetings also arrange L2 meetings minimum 2-3 times per week. You should in addition assist your Director in arranging L3 meetings weekly by inviting prospects and help recruits getting started.• As a Director you should arrange the L1 meetings every day, the L2 meetings 2-3 times per week and a L3 meeting per week. Involve your Core Teams to conduct the meetings in order to train them well in the SARPIO system and ensure duplication of your work.

Don’t forget that…• The more meetings you arrange the more recruits you will have and the faster you will grow!• Never lose focus on follow-up and help recruits to get started – otherwise they might leave Oriflame and not help you grow!

While experienced Leaders can recruit without any visual support and tailor their presentation uniquely to the prospect, experience shows that the downside of this is that upcoming Leaders feel that they can never be as good as an experienced Leader. That is why even experienced Leaders should stick to a standardised presentation as then new Consultants can duplicate the presentation much more easily and start holding presentations themselves.

The keys to success in Oriflame’s SARPIO system are duplication & delegation. Oriflame has developed the ORIFLAME OPPORTUNITY MEETING FLIPCHART for the SARPIO meetings.The strength of this flipchart is that it contains just enough information to present the attractive Oriflame opportunity. In addition it is easy and simple to use – anyone could do the same! It has all the information you need, and the content has proven to be just enough for a first meeting with invites.

If you use it in all the SARPIO meetings. - L1, L2 and L3 you will show the way for your Consultants as well and they can copy you and your way of presenting. The OOM flipchart isessential for duplicating your work!

All three Levels utilise the same Oriflame Opportunity Meeting format and key phrases while emphasising different parts for special audiences and purposes.

BUSINESS OOM is the standard OOM focusing on the business opportunity, outlining the company, products and what it’s like to be a Consultant, closing by inviting and signing up guests as new Consultants and then welcoming new Customers. As outlined above, new Consultants go through the “Getting Started” process, while new Customers are shown the catalogue and place orders before they leave the meeting. This presentation can be given 1-to-1 by Consultants, or at the Managers’ small group meetings, or at the Directors’ larger weekly meetings.

BEAUTY OOM or what some call “Beauty Demonstration” also follows the standard OOM format using the key phrases, but Consultants expand the product portion of the presentation, emphasising the various Oriflame lines and sometimes doing a skin care or colour cosmetics demonstration. They then close with the same invitation to become new Consultants and welcome new Customers. It can also be given by Consultants, by Managers in their small group meetings or by Directors at their larger weekly meetings.

CATALOGUE LAUNCH OOM held at the Director’s weekly meeting at the beginning of each catalogue period, also follows the standard OOM format. But the Director and Managers expand the product portion of the OOM, adding all new products, offers and promotions of the new catalogue, plus their own games, fun and motivation focusing on the catalogue’s monthly theme.

HOW DOES THE 3 LEVEL SYSTEM USE THE ORIFLAME OPPORTUNITY MEETING (OOM)?

THE CONCEPT OF CORE TEAM Experience has shown that a Consultant who has the ambi-tion to grow into a Leader´s role (12% and up) in the Success Plan has a much higher probability of success when forming what is referred to as a “Core Team”. A core team consists of at least 5 Consultants who have decided to go beyond the buying and selling opportunity and have committed to devel-op into Leaders.

THE 5 RULES FOR CORE TEAMS

You ask members of your downline whether they are com-mitted to grow and if they are ready to join a select group of Consultants who have decided to work together to achieve their individual goals. Those who are interested should com-mit to themselves as well as to you to follow the 5 rules of Core Teams which are;

1. Talk enthusiastically to at least 3 new people a day about Oriflame2. Bring at least 1 prospect to each meeting3. Participate as a team in L2, L3, and company events4. Accept team responsibilities as delegated by Team Leader5. Grow! Go for your next title in the success plan!

– at 12% you form your own core team and conduct L2 – at 21% you conduct L3 activities

FORMING YOUR CORE TEAMS

Some of these Consultants will come from your first line and some from other levels of your personal group. Of course everyone who joins Oriflame in your personal group can take part in your team activities. But

your Core Team is where you focus, because this core team creates the powerful togetherness, spirit, passion and activity that drives the growth of your entire personal group. Many of the Consultants on your Core Team will be your future lead-ers.

Statistically your Core Team will be about 10% of the active Consultants in your personal group – that’s one out of ten. Celebrate if you get more. Don’t give up if you get less. Half of this number will already have product and business skills. Some will already show leadership ability. The other half will lack many skills but have aspirations to learn and grow. Both halves are important to team success and will make good Core members.

As you personally recruit, put all your new recruits into your Core Team where they will catch the Core Team’s together-ness, spirit and passion – and quickly grow. This will make sure your first line continues to expand – so you are building wide. Also make sure your other Core Team members per-sonally recruit the same way. But don’t worry if some new ones drop out over time. Keep in the Core only those who are dedicated and willing to work. You will get your commit-ted 10%.

To start, you can individually identify potential members of your Core Team and invite them to join. Sit down for a 1-to-1 meeting and offer them the special opportunity to work personally with you. Or you can make a formal announce-ment that you are forming a “Core Team.” Send a letter to everyone in your personal group. Offer membership to those who want to earn more, grow and go for their dreams.

After forming your Core Team, your next important assignment is to lead that team. Your team will not run by itself. It needs you as its leader!

Taking time to plan your success is a vital part of your role as Manager and Leader. Analysing the performance of your group and yourself as their Leader, and then taking the appropriate action and follow-up will create a performance management culture within your team. This raises everyone’s expectations and standards, leading to improved results and higher earnings.

ALERTS & NOTIFICATIONS Alerts & Notifications (A&N) is an online tool where you can find everything you need in order to plan, organise and follow-up on your business! The tool provides already formatted and prepared analysis with a specific purpose and follow-up possibility for each report (see page 91).You will also find various online reports such as the Personal Group Development Report and the Activity Report.

HOW TO SET A SHORT TERM GOALS FOR THE CATALOGUE PERIOD1. Use your Personal Group (PG) Development Report and Activity Report (see page 88 – 90) as your key management tools.2. Using the PG Development Report take one day in the beginning of each catalogue period together with your upline Director

or ASM to plan Sales Force Development and sales for the catalogue. Make sure you always reach above the criteria set for Leaders Club.

3. Identify your “3 High Potentials” in your PG and meet with them to develop an individual plan for each. They are the 3 people you will focus on developing this period.

4. Make sure you get full benefit from the Welcome Programme for new Consultants and the Business Class incentives for consistent activity at a reasonable sales level. Ensure that you lead by example by setting a personal goal for selling and recruiting.

MAKE AN ACTIVITY PLAN FOR THE CATALOGUE PERIOD1. Mark your calendar with the number of hours you have as “dedicated Oriflame time”.

USING YOUR ACTIVITY REPORT TO FOLLOW-UP1. Your Activity Report allows you to make individual

follow up of each Consultant in your PG. Use it to contact each new Consultant, identify potential Leaders and to contact Inactives.

2. Structure how you contact Inactives so that you in the beginning of the catalogue contact those that were Inactive for the first time in the previous catalogue (now in your report shown as Inactive 2’s). Then in the second week contact those now marked as Inactive 3’s. In the final week contact those that placed an order in the last catalogue but have not yet in the current one i.e. Inactive 1’s.

3. Share the follow up work with your downline Managers or High Potentials and whenever possible meet with the Consultants face to face and only when necessary use the telephone. Avoid e-mails if at all possible.

4. The best way to keep a high activity and recruitment rate in your PG is to organise fun and well planned OOM´s and have everyone attend.

STEP 2: INVITE 5 FRIENDS TO DO WHAT YOU DOAs you bring other Consultants into the Oriflame opportunity, you begin to earn a PerformanceDiscount(PD)on their sales-and eventually, on the sales of the Consultants they bring in. You also earn a PD on your personal sales. This share of the total earnings grows quickly as you sponsor more Consultants and develop into a Leader. STEP 3: HELP YOUR FRIENDS INVITE 5The best way to make the Oriflame opportunity work for you is to let your friends in on it! You’ll be surprised how easy it is to find 25 people among your friends, neighbours and co-workers, to whom you can present the opportunity to make additional income. We know from experience that at least one in five will say “yes”-so your effort will bring in at least 5 new Consultants. And very often, the ones that did not join become customers anyway, and also give you recommendations of people they know who may be interested in the opportunity.

In our example on page 51 Esha, Komal, Amna, Maha and Ali joined your group. Since you are a good role model, they duplicate what you did last catalogue, and each invite five friends. They all earn Rs. 2947 and have taken their first step to success. Now to the clever part. The Success Plan counts all the BP they earn (100 BP each) in your total group BP. STEP 4: SUPPORT THE NEW CONSULTANTS TO ALSO INVITE 5 AND YOU BECOME A DIRECTOR

The key now is to train your friends to show their Consultants the benefits of building a group. Assume that the second level Consultants sponsors five new Consultants each; the groups of Esha, Komal, Amna, Maha and Ali have 31 people and collect 3100 BP each. This lifts them to the 12% level.

Your group consists of 156 Consultants collecting a total of 15600 BP. The entire group PD is generating 21% x 702,000 BV= Rs. 147,420. Each sub-group earns according to its effort, and you earn the difference. On average, you can expect to earn about half of the total group PD. Your personal earnings naturally depend on how well you have built your group. Experience has shown that the best way to build a balanced group is to build wide with five first line Consultants, and then help them to build deep like we just did in the example. Your earnings have increased more than six times from the last example simply by training your friends, who train their Consultants, who in turn invite new Consultants to join. As your group grows, you will have to spend more and more of your time “training the trainers”. In order to qualify for any Oriflame bonus, you must maintain a minimum personal purchase volume of 200 BP. This ensures that you remain “hands on” as an Oriflame Consultant and are better able to follow the trends in the market.

Bonuses are paid so that high-performing Leaders, who sponsor more and more breakaway 21% groups, continue to earn from those groups. Any sponsored downline who does not have their own 21% group, of course, still belongs to your Personal Group.

The 0.25% Diamond Bonus, for example, may not sound like much at first. But if you consider how many 21% groups there can be four levels down and further, you see how quickly it can turn into big money! It’s important to remember that Gold, Sapphire, Diamond, Double Diamond and Executive bonuses are earned on all levels below their starting level until there is a group generating this bonus for another Director qualifying at the same title below you.

Anyone can earn bonuses, regardless of their title, as long as they meet the criteria. Normally Directors and higher earn bonuses. However, they can be earned while still in qualification for these higher titles.

The 4% Oriflame Bonus is an incentive for you to develop Directors.

The Minimum Guarantee is a way of ensuring fair rewards for your effort. It helps avoid situations where a low performer (one who cannot maintain 10,000 Personal Group BP) profits from your work at deeper levels. A common situation is where you help train the first line’s (Esha’s) group and coach those with talent (Ayesha) to reach 21%. Esha should then not be able to relax and just cash in on your work. The Minimum Guarantee ensures you get 4% x 450,000 BV = Rs. 18,000 on Ayesha’s sales. If she falls under 10,000 BP, part of her earnings from Ayesha are passed on to you in order to make up the shortfall from Rs. 18000. As you’ll see, everybody benefits from keeping groups of at least 10,000 BP, so the Minimum Guarantee works in everyone’s interest.

Amna and Ayesha cannot earn any Oriflame Bonus, because they have not sponsored any 21% groups. Ekta had a chance to earn Rs. 16,800, but could not keep it since she herself had not reached the 4000 BP required to keep some bonus. In the future, she should grow her personal group, aiming for 10,000 BP but at least making sure to keep a minimum 4000 BP level and some of the Oriflame bonus.

As you see, the only difference between you and Esha is that you have two groups (Amna and Esha) and she only has one (Ayesha). Esha’s only 21%-group does even more volume in the first line (Ayesha generates 6,30,000 BV, while Amna and Esha together generate only 5,40,000 BV for you), but you

still earn all the money. Why? Because you have built a better group. Oriflame rewards you for developing two lines instead of relying on just one top performer, and for also keeping your Personal Group at a minimum 4000 BP level. You still pass some Minimum Guarantee to your sponsor (Rs. 7200), so to keep all the money in the future, all you have to do is grow your Personal Group back to 10,000 BP.

The Gold bonus is different from the 4% Oriflame Bonus, as it can be paid on several levels. While you earn the Oriflame Bonus on your first-level groups only, you can earn infinitely deep Gold Bonuses starting from your second-level 21% -groups. The only limit is where a Gold Bonus is already paid to a Gold Bonus earner below you. Bonuses are always calculated from the bottom of the tree up, stopping with the lowest qualified earner. That’s because the lowest earner qualified for a particular bonus is closest to the sub-groups and is therefore most responsible for their performance. The reason you don’t earn Gold Bonus on your first level is that you already earn 4% Oriflame Bonus on those groups. Downline21%groupsrequired: Two

THE 0.25% DIAMOND BONUS

The Double Diamond bonus can be earned at any depth in the group. It starts from your fifth-level groups and goes down until there is a Double Diamond Bonus paid to a low-er-level Director. In many cases you can earn Gold, Sapphire, Diamond and Double Diamond Bonuses on the same groups.

The qualification rules are based on both the size of your

business and how much you grow it. Each conference requires a certain number of 21% groups in order for you to qualify. Since you add up your groups over the year, for each catalogue period, (of maximum one month) you can always do a late rush to qualify. It is always possible, so never give up!

Requirements are set so that you always have a good chance of qualifying. The Gold Conference is the first step on your journey into the exciting world of Oriflame’s global Conferences. Since a Gold Director normally has two21% groups or more, one could expect a minimum of 24 groups over the qualification period (12 catalogues x 2 21% groups = 24 groups). The requirement for the first time qualification is set slightly lower to allow to make that first step that much easier. This also means you can qualify for the Gold Conference even though you have not yet qualified for the Gold Director title.

Once you have attended a Gold Conference your targets for the next year’s qualification will be set slightly higher. It is important that you read the oriflame code of ethics (the “code”) and the rules of conduct (the “rules”) below, as they form an integral part of the terms of the consultant application form. An Oriflame consultant must comply with the code and rules and any amendments to them that have been published in the newsletter or otherwise communicated to the Oriflame consultant.

Oriflame reserves the right to terminate at any time, and with immediate effect, the membership of any Oriflame consultant who has provided false information on the consultant application form or who is violating the code or the rules. Terminated Oriflame consultants lose all rights and privileges that accompany the membership, including their network. The code and the rules are there for your protection, to ensure that all fellow Oriflame consultants maintain the same high standards. In line with Oriflame ethical standards, the Oriflame consultants are expected to, and shall comply with any and all legal requirements of the country where they operate their Oriflame business even if certain obligations are not restated in the code or the rules.

THE ORIFLAME CODE OF ETHICSAs an Oriflame Consultant, I agree to conduct my Oriflame business according to the following principles:

1. I will uphold and follow the Rules as laid out in this official Oriflame Policy Manual and other Oriflame literature. I will observe not only “the letter” but also “the spirit” of the Rules.

2. My guiding principle for doing business with anyone I meet in my capacity as an Oriflame Consultant is to treat them as fairly as I would like to be treated myself.

3. I will present the Oriflame products, the Oriflame earning opportunities, the related trainings and the other opportunities and benefits offered by Oriflame to my customers and Consultants in an honest and truthful manner. Whether verbal or in writing, I will make only such claims related to the product, the earnings and the other opportunities that are mentioned in the official Oriflame literature.

4. I will be courteous and prompt in servicing and taking orders from my customers, as well as in the handling of complaints. I will follow the procedures outlined in the official Oriflame literature for replacement of products.

5. I will accept and carry out the different prescribed responsibilities of an Oriflame Consultant (and those of a Sponsor and Director (and above) when I progress to those levels of responsibility) as laid out in the official Oriflame Literature.

6. I will conduct myself in such a manner as to reflect only the highest standards of integrity, honesty and responsibility.

7. I shall not in any circumstances use the Oriflame network for marketing other products than those approved by Oriflame. I shall respect the direct-to consumer method of distribution and therefore not sell through any retail outlets of any nature.

8. I will respect the laws and regulations of the country where I conduct my Oriflame business and of my host countries if building an international group.

1. DEFINITIONSa. “Oriflame Consultant” shall for the purpose of this document include any Oriflame Consultant irrespective of title and level (including Group Managers, Directors and above).

b. “Personal Home Page” shall refer to a website designed, issued and hosted by Oriflame for the benefit of an Oriflame Consultant. C. “Oriflame” in this document refers to the local Oriflame entity with which you entered into the Consultant Application Form, unless otherwise stated.

d. “Line of Sponsorship” shall include the Oriflame Consultant, his/her Sponsor, and so forth, with the Line ending with Oriflame.

e. “Personal Group” shall refer to all Oriflame Consultants sponsored directly and indirectly by an Oriflame Consultant, but shall not include the directly sponsored 21% Consultants or their downlines.

F. “Group” shall refer to the entire downline, including 21% Oriflame Consultants and their downlines.

g. “The Oriflame Literature” shall mean the Success Plan – Leaders Edition (containing this Policy Manual), the Product Catalogues, Oriflame Starter Kit literature, the Newsletter and any other information printed or published on the official Oriflame website.

h. “Sponsor” shall mean the person introducing a new person to Oriflame consultancy.

Words beginning with a capital letter but which are not defined herein, shall have the same meaning as in the previous sections of the Success Plan – Leaders Edition.

2. MEMBERSHIP2.1 To become an Oriflame Consultant a candidate should as a general rule be sponsored by an existing registered Oriflame Consultant. Under certain circumstances, Oriflame can assign a prospective Oriflame Consultant to any network.

2.2 An individual may only have one Oriflame membership, whether directly or indirectly.

2.3 Oriflame reserves the right to refuse any application or re-application.

2.4 An applicant must be of the age of legal capacity to be an Oriflame Consultant. Oriflame may at its sole discretion approve other applicants subject to the guardian(s) written consent.

2.5 Membership may only be granted to individuals.

2.6 An Oriflame Consultant shall not require Consultants or prospective Consultants to assume unreasonably high training fees and fees for promotional materials. Any fees charged to an Oriflame Consultant shall relate directly to the value of materials, products or services provided in return.

2.7 Oriflame observes the rules of the applicable local legislation of the countries where it operates regarding the term during which an Oriflame Consultant may withdraw from her membership and receive back from Oriflame any and all moneys paid as a condition for the membership as well as any starter materials and products (“Cooling-Off Period”).

2.8 The Oriflame Consultants may resign their membership at any time after the expiration of the Cooling-off Period by giving written notice to Oriflame. In such cases Oriflame is under no obligation to make any of the repayments mentioned in 2.7 above. 2.9 An Oriflame Consultant’s membership will expire on the anniversary of registration.

2.10 Should an Oriflame Consultant’s spouse wish to become an Oriflame Consultant, both spouses must either be sponsored jointly under the same membership or if separately below the wife or husband who first became an Oriflame Consultant. If the spouse joins under a separate membership any cash award earned by the spouse will be deducted from any higher cash award earned by the spouse who joined first – if such cash award is a result of the termination of membership of the spouse joining second for any reason.

2.11 Former Oriflame Consultants (or spouses of former Oriflame Consultants) may apply for new membership under the following conditions:

a)At least six months have elapsed since the previous membership has been terminated by resignation (unless otherwise agreed with Oriflame). b)The new application must specify that it is being made under this rule. c)A former Oriflame Consultant may apply immediately for becoming a Consultant again, without specifying that he/she was a former Oriflame Consultant, if he/she has at least 12 months of inactivity following a termination of membership.

2.12 Oriflame reserves the right to suspend an Oriflame Consultant’s membership for up to 12 months with immediate effect, pending investigation of violation of rules.

3. MAINTAINING LINES OF SPONSORSHIP3.1 Oriflame Consultants are not allowed to re-register under a different line of sponsorship. If they do, they are liable to lose their entire network to their original Sponsor. They are only allowed to re-register after termination, see further in 2.12

3.2 The transfer of membership from one Sponsor to another is only possible in special cases and at the sole discretion of Oriflame.

3.3 Transfer of a Personal Group is not allowed.

3.4 Oriflame Consultants who wish to transfer their membership may be allowed to do so, but only to their closest relatives (at the discretion of Oriflame). A letter requesting such a transfer must be sent to Oriflame. Oriflame Consultants who have transferred their membership under this rule may apply for membership again if at least six months have elapsed since their last Membership was transferred.

3.5 In case of an Oriflame Consultant’s death, the Membership will be terminated within three months after the day of the death provided that no application for transferring of the Membership is made by the next of kin. Upon termination, all pending payments to the deceased Oriflame Consultant will be made to the authorised heir/-s of the Oriflame Consultant. Oriflame reserves the right to request documents proving the authorisation of the heir/-s as a condition of the payment.

4. RESPONSIBILITIES OF A CONSULTANT4.1 Oriflame Consultants shall not use the Oriflame network for marketing products or schemes which are not officially approved by Oriflame.

4.2 Oriflame Consultants shall not steal an applicant from other Oriflame Consultants, nor interfere by soliciting Oriflame Consultants in the line of sponsorship of another Oriflame Consultant.

4.3 The Oriflame Consultants do not have any employment relationship with Oriflame. When presenting the Oriflame Business Opportunity to others, the Oriflame Consultants must clearly state the independent character of this business and the fact that no employment with Oriflame exists. 4.4 The Oriflame Consultants have no authority to bind or assume obligations on behalf of Oriflame. They shall indemnify Oriflame in respect of any costs or damages arising from any noncompliance to these rules.

4.5 Oriflame does not impose any conditions for minimum purchases, whether in quantities or in value, on its Consultants. Similarly, an Oriflame Consultant shall not compel or force those he/she sponsors to order through him/ her, order any minimum quantities or maintain stock of products. All Oriflame Consultants may order any quantities directly from Oriflame, but handling and courier fees may apply depending on order size. It is up to the individual Oriflame Consultant’s judgment to determine if he/she should keep any stock.

4.6 An Oriflame Consultant may not place orders in the name of another Oriflame Consultant, without that Oriflame Consultant’s prior written approval.

4.7 The Oriflame Consultants shall comply with all laws, regulations and codes of practice applying to the operation of their membership, including with any tax laws and regulations regarding tax registration and filing. The Oriflame Consultants

shall not engage in any activity which may bring either them or Oriflame into disrepute.

4.8 From the beginning of the contact with a consumer, the Oriflame Consultant shall identify her-/himself and explain the purpose of her/his approaching a customer or the purpose of the occasion. The Oriflame Consultant shall ensure full transparency of her/his identity as Oriflame Consultant in any related communication, whether by email, a website, social media page etc. Clear name and contact information as well as information that the sender is not an Oriflame official representative must be provided. The word “Independent” shall always be added before “Oriflame Consultant” on any identity representation such as e-mail signatures, business cards, on website, social media page and the like.

4.9 The information the Oriflame Consultant give to the consumer shall be provided in a clear and comprehensible manner with due regard to the principles of good faith in commercial transactions and the principles governing the protection of those who are unable, pursuant to national legislation, to give their consent, such as minors.

4.10 The OrifIame Consultant shall not abuse the trust of individual consumers and shall respect the lack of commercial experience of consumers and shall not exploit a consumer’s age, illness, mental or physical infirmity, credulity, lack of understanding or lack of language knowledge.

4.11 When a customer requests the satisfaction guarantee to be honoured, the Consultant shall, if within the local applicable return period, offer the customer the choice of a full refund of the purchase price or full credit for exchange with the same or another Oriflame product.

4.12 The Oriflame Consultant shall discontinue a demonstration or sales presentation upon the request of the consumer and take appropriate steps to ensure the protection of private information provided by actual or prospective consumers. The Oriflame Consultant will make personal, telephone or electronic contact in a reasonable manner and during reasonable hours to avoid intrusiveness.

4.13 In building their Personal Group, the Oriflame Consultants shall ensure that all new Oriflame Consultants will follow the credit terms, if credit is offered.

4.14 In becoming a Sponsor, the Oriflame Consultant shall ensure that he/she trains and motivates her personally sponsored Oriflame Consultants.

4.15 An Oriflame Consultant may not be involved in interviews regarding, or referring to Oriflame with any media, whether by television, internet, radio, magazines etc. nor utilise any advertising media (including viral advertising as SMS, internet etc) for the purposes of marketing of her Oriflame business without Oriflame’s prior written consent.

4.16 The Oriflame Consultants shall not be involved in social media dialogues which misrepresent or give incorrect or misleading information about Oriflame, its products or services, or may generally lead to loss of reputation by Oriflame, please see below the Social Media Dialogue – 10 Golden Rules.

5. OTHER RULES AND POLICIES5.1. There are no exclusive territories or franchises available under the Oriflame policy. No Oriflame Consultant has the authority to grant, sell, assign or transfer such a territory or franchise. Every Oriflame Consultant is free to conduct his/her business in any area of the country of registration.

5.2 The Oriflame Consultant must respect that Oriflame operates in certain markets, and not in all countries worldwide, strictly observing its obligations regarding product safety, product registration, import and other rules that may apply to trade in the respective countries. Oriflame bears no responsibility for any damage, disputes or claims arising from or related to cross-border trade conducted by Oriflame Consultants to countries outside of markets where Oriflame operates. Thus Oriflame will hold the Oriflame Consultant fully liable for any such claims.

5.3 An Oriflame Consultant is independent of Oriflame. The only title which may be used on business cards, other printed materials or in email communication is “Independent (Beauty) Consultant” or “Oriflame Independent (Beauty) Consultant” and when qualified “Independent Beauty Manager” and “Independent Beauty Director”.

5.4 Promotional materials, Oriflame Consultant’s Personal Home Pages and any social media applications, e.g. on Facebook, provided by Oriflame can be used as specified without further approval. It is understood that the Oriflame Consultants cannot register or host a website or homepage with the domain name including the word “Oriflame”. The Oriflame Consultants can drive traffic to official Oriflame websites, blogs walls and the like. Oriflame reserves the right to pre-approve the material that will be published. The policy for online presence of Oriflame Consultants is further described in the Consultant Website Policy below.

5.5 Oriflame trademarks, logos and name are the property of Oriflame Cosmetics S.A. and may not be used by the Oriflame Consultant, neither in printed materials nor published on the Internet, without prior written consent from Oriflame. If such consent is obtained, trademarks and logos must be used exactly as stated in the Oriflame guidelines.

5.6 No Oriflame Consultant may produce or procure from any source other than Oriflame any item on which the trademarks or logos are printed or displayed, unless approved by Oriflame in writing.

5.7 All Oriflame printed material, videos, photographs, design are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced in whole or in part by anyone, neither in printed materials nor published on the Internet, without prior written approval from Oriflame. When copyrighted material is legitimately used it is mandatory that reference to the Oriflame copyright is made in a visible and unambiguous way.

5.8 No Oriflame Consultant shall sell to, sell in, demonstrate, or display Oriflame products in any retail outlet, web shop, auction platform such as Ebay or the like. No Oriflame literature may be sold or displayed in such retail outlets. Establishments which technically are not retail outlets, such as beauty parlours, may be used as venues to display, but not sell the products.

5.9 The contents of the Oriflame websites such as text, graphics, photographs, designs and programming are also copyright protected and may not be utilised for any commercial use without prior written approval from Oriflame.

5.10 Spamming (the abuse of electronic messaging systems to indiscriminately send unsolicited bulk messages) is strictly prohibited. An Oriflame Consultant shall limit the number of promotional emails sent to end-customers so that any individual recipient does not receive more than one message per week. These messages cannot be sent on behalf of Oriflame and therefore full responsibility for contents lies on the sender.

5.11 Under no circumstances is any person authorised to repackage or in any way alter the packaging or labelling of the products. Oriflame products are to be sold in their original packaging only.

5.12 The Oriflame products do not cause damage or injury if they are used for their intended purpose and in accordance with instructions provided. Oriflame carries product liability insurance on its products. The insurance covers injury or damage where a faulty product is involved, but does not cover careless or negligent application or improper use of a product.

5.13 Oriflame reserves the right to deduct, at any time, any overdue invoices from any Performance Discount or Bonus due for payment to the Oriflame Consultant.

5.14 Oriflame has the right to change its prices and range without prior notice. Oriflame will not give a Performance

Discount, Bonus or any other compensation for any losses suffered due to price changes, range changes or products being out of stock.

5.15 If requested upon termination of a Consultant’s relationship with Oriflame, Oriflame agrees to repurchase products from the Consultant. All of the following conditions must be met for Oriflame to grant a refund:

– returns must be made within 12 months from date of purchase, and– will be refunded at 90% of the original net price paid after deduction of any performance discount or bonus paid to the network, and– items returned must be currently marketable Oriflame inventory including any Oriflame produced promotional materials, sales aids or kits,

For the purposes of this clause, currently marketable Oriflame inventory means any products that:

– have not been used, opened or tampered with in any way; and– have not passed the expiry date; and– are still marketed by Oriflame in its catalogues.

5.16 If an Oriflame Consultant in any way is involved, legally or otherwise, in any dispute or activity that may involve or negatively affect Oriflame or its reputation, such Oriflame Consultant must immediately inform Oriflame.

5.17 Oriflame reserves the right to expand or revise the Oriflame Success Plan, qualification criteria, or the Code and Rules with immediate effect.

5.18 Any cash on delivery order (COD) placed by consultant with Oriflame through any means shall be confirmed sale and accordingly all the risks and rewards shall be transferred to the consultant.

6. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF DIRECTORS AND ANY HIGHER LEVELSIn addition to the general rules above that apply to all Oriflame Consultants, the following rules apply specifically to Directors and up. Violation of any of these special rules will result in immediate loss of Directors (and above) status and any underlying privileges - including any related remuneration - and may even result in termination of membership.

6.1 As a Director (and above) you must service your Personal Group Consultants during each Catalogue Period by:a) Recruiting and continuously developing your Personal Group.b) Assisting, guiding and motivating the members of the Personal Group.c) Conducting periodic meetings to train, motivate, set goals and to follow up.d) Training your downline Oriflame Consultants to best conduct their Oriflame business.e) Maintaining frequent communication, informing about

meeting dates, venues, product news, training sessions etc.f) Participating in all seminars and meetings organised by Oriflame.g) Enforcing the Code and the Rules and leading by example.h) Attending business meetings with Oriflame that you are called upon to attend by your Area Sales Manager.

6.2 A Director (and above) may not represent (and/or be a member of) any other direct selling company.

6.3 If the spouse of a Director (and any higher level) is a representative and/or a member of any other direct selling company, the spouse is not allowed to participate in any Oriflame meetings and events, and the spouse’s activities must be kept separate from Oriflame. The Directors (and above) must inform Oriflame if the spouse is a representative and/or a member of any other direct selling company.

6.4 In case of a Director (and above)’s death, a Membership may in certain cases and at the sole discretion of Oriflame be inherited by the next of kin of the deceased and provided that the next of kin can make plausible that he/she will be able to fulfil all requirements of a Director (and higher) as listed in 6.1 above. Written claim for the Membership must be made within 3 months from the date of the death. In the absence of any such claims, the Membership will be terminated.

6.5 A Director (and above) must follow any additional rules or instructions communicated in writing by Oriflame from time to time.

7. COMPLAINT HANDLING PROCEDUREAny complaint based on breaches of the Code of Ethics or Rules of Conduct shall be addressed to the local Oriflame sales organisation and/or the Managing Director of the Oriflame company operating in the country in question. The complaint handling body in each Oriflame market is lead by the Managing Director (Oriflame Code Administrator) of the local Oriflame company.

1. BACKGROUND This policy serves to clarify how Oriflame Consultants can shape their presence on the Internet without interfering with Oriflame’s brand building activities or breaching copyright related laws, rules and agreements.

2. GENERALOriflame offers its Consultants the possibility to set up Consultant Personal Homepages (PHP) as well as various other centrally provided tools to sell and promote the Oriflame products and business opportunity on the Internet. These applications are today the only approved digital tools where the Consultants can offer products for sale as well as displaying images and logotypes for which Oriflame is the rights owner.

Consultants are also allowed to host websites on which they communicate around Oriflame, its products and opportunity as long as it is clearly stated that these are not official Oriflame sites. At all times it must be transparent who is behind the site and relevant contact details must be visible. The Consultant should communicate in her own words and may only quote Oriflame texts by clearly referring to the source.

A Consultant may not build e-commerce sites on which Oriflame products are sold or otherwise conduct e-commerce outside of the approved Oriflame applications.

3. DOMAIN NAMEConsultants may not register domain names containing the word “oriflame”. The Consultant shall not register a social media page with name and picture that can mislead the consumer to believe that the page is an official Oriflame page/group.: - A social media (e.g. Facebook, Beauty) group name and picture shall clearly state that it is operated by an individual, e.g. “Amna’s Oriflame Team” with Amna’s own image. - A social media page, group name shall not be named e.g.“Oriflame Casablanca” with an official Oriflame image e.g. Oriflame logo, Oriflame images.

4. DISCLAIMERConsultants that host websites of their own and mention that they are part of Oriflame must make sure to clearly publish information that they are either a) Independent Sales Consultants for Oriflame b) Independent Oriflame Consultants, or c) Independent Oriflame Beauty Consultants (it must be locally verified that the terms are same as in SP

Leaders edition). This information must be published clearly on the start page as well as under a disclaimer that is visible on all pages of the website. Name and contact information should be available on the website or in the account information for a social media page.

If a Consultant has a private website without Oriflame affiliation this policy is of course void.

5. CONTENT & REFERENCES TO ORIFLAMENo content is to be copied from the official Oriflame website and published under own name. If a Consultant links official Oriflame content to his/her own site from an Oriflame-owned domain this must be clearly stated.

6. IMAGESA Consultant may not take still or moving image material from an official Oriflame site and publish on his or her own site. All image material is copyright protected, and Oriflame has acquired the rights to use it. These rights are not extended to Consultants.

- Moving images; videos etc: May be used through sharing function if and when available. The sharing function provides automatic reference to the source site.

- Images of models or persons: May be used through sharing function if and when available. The sharing function provides automatic reference to the source site.

- Images of Oriflame products: May be used with or without sharing function as long as the source site is mentioned in a visible and unambiguous way (for example: “source: www.oriflame.com 2015”).

Any claims from a 3rd party that may be addressed to Oriflame will be transferred to the Consultant.

7. THE ORIFLAME LOGOThe Oriflame logo may be used in the formats that can be found on official Oriflame websites. The logo may not be altered or animated and can only be used as page header or footer, as well as in email signatures in its original format.

8. SOCIAL MEDIA SHARINGOriflame encourages presence on blogs, social networking sites and similar. Consultants are encouraged to blog and leave comments about Oriflame products where they deem it appropriate, but must adhere to the Code of Ethics’ section 1.3 above re product claims. To as large an extent as possible we recommend that the Consultant uses the sharing functions provided by Oriflame in order to secure correct display and source information.

9. SEARCH ENGINE MARKETINGConsultants may conduct search engine marketing, such as Google Adwords, if the Oriflame rules re online presence are followed. In addition, - the ad must clearly indicate that it was created by an Independent Consultant,- the heading should not give an impression that it is an official or in any way endorsed ad by Oriflame, and- it is prohibited to use “Oriflame” as a keyword.

Please take into consideration that each buyer of e.g. Adwords is solely responsible for any infringement against any other brand owner.

1. LISTEN FIRST, AND ALWAYS Listen to ongoing conversations. Who are the most influential contributors? How has the conversation changed over time, if at all? Once you have an understanding of the conversation you can add to it (where relevant)

2. CONTRIBUTEEnsure that you are adding value to conversations. For example, offer helpful information/ insights on Oriflame’s products/services. Make sure that added information appears in a relevant forum, otherwise its value will be diminished, or in worst case, considered as spam

3. RESPONDIf you are listening to conversations, you will be able to identify those that reference Oriflame. Having identified those conversations, you now have an opportunity to contribute. If you have listened thoughtfully, and have something positive to share, your participation will be welcome

4. BE TRANSPARENTTell the truth. Your honesty – or dishonesty – will be quickly noted online. Always disclose your real name and that you are an independent Consultant of Oriflame. Be clear about your role

5. BE DELIBERATE, ACCURATE AND REALReveal your identity – be yourself

6. RESPECT OTHERSRemember that Oriflame is a global company whose employees, Consultants and customers reflect a diverse set of customs, values and points of view. Be yourself, but do so respectfully. This includes not only the obvious (racism, sex, violence, defamatory language etc.) but also proper consideration of privacy and of topics that may be objectionable or inflammatory – such as politics and religion

7. DO NOT REVEAL PROPRIETARY OR CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATIONOriflame is happy for you to talk about your Oriflame activities and have a dialogue with the community and customers. However, for publishing of general information already available on Oriflame sites, please make sure you cite the source (for example: “source: www.oriflame.com 2012”). It is forbidden to publish copyrighted material and information that is confidential or not yet publically available, such as future launches and campaign information.

8. AVOID ARGUMENTSIf you see misrepresentations made about Oriflame in social media channels, you may certainly disagree. However, always do so with utmost respect and with the facts

9. ACKNOWLEDGE AND CORRECT MISTAKESIf you make an error, be up front about your mistake and correct it quickly

10. DO NOT FORGET YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESYou should make sure that blogging, micro-blogging, social networks etc. do not interfere with your overall objectives or commitments to customers

TERMINOLOGY

ACTIVE CONSULTANT: A Consultant having placed a commissionable order in the current period.

ACTIVITY: Share in % of Sales Force who has placed a commissionable order in the current catalogue period.

AVERAGE ORDER: Average Net Sales value of all orders in the current period.

BONUSES: Are paid so that high performing Leaders who sponsor more and more break away 21% groups contin-ue to earn from those groups as they grow. In order to quali-fy for any Oriflame bonuses, you must maintain a minimum personal purchase volume of 200 BP in that catalogue period.

BONUS POINTS (BP): Each product ordered is assigned a certain amount of Bonus Points. Oriflame adds the Bonus Points from your personal order and those of your sponsored Consultants and their groups throughout one cata-logue period.

BUSINESS VOLUME (BV): Equals equals sales of cosmetic products at the Consultant price, less VAT and other taxes, and may change over time due to price adjust-ments. Your Performance Discount (PD) % is calculated on this amount.

CAF: Consultant Application Form: form to apply and become a Consultant.

COF: Consultant Order Form: used for Consultants to place orders with Oriflame.

CONSULTANT: You are recognised as a Consultant as soon as you have paid your starter fee and placed your first BP order.

DIRECTOR: This expression contains all levels from Director (21%) and up to highest Director level.

IMMEDIATE PROFIT: As a Consultant, you earn 25% Immediate Profit on your sales to customers. This is the difference, that you keep, between the price you sell for (the catalogue price) and what you pay to Oriflame.

INACTIVE CONSULTANT: A Consultant who has not placed a commissionable order within the current catalogue period. A Consultant can be Inactive 1 (placed last order in the period prior to the current, Inactive 2 (placed last order two periods ago, Inactive 3 (placed last order three periods ago and who will be removed from the Sales Force at close of period unless an order is placed.

LEADER: This expression contains all levels from Manager (12%) up to highest Director level.

MANAGER: This expression contains levels from Manager (12%) up to Senior Manager level.

MINIMUM GUARANTEE: This is a way of ensuring fair rewards for your effort. It helps avoid situations where a low performer (one who can not maintain 10,000 Personal Group BP) profits from your work at deeper levels.

ORDERS PER ACTIVE: Average Number of Orders placed per Active Consultant in the current period.

PERFORMANCE DISCOUNT: This is an amount you get on your own sales and on the sales of your Consultants.

PERSONAL GROUP: Refers to all Consultants spon-sored directly and indirectly by a Consultant, but shall not include the directly sponsored 21% Consultants or their downlines.

REACTIVES: Consultants who have been considered ‘sleeping’, but then ‘reactivate’ by placing a commissionable order.

RECRUITS: New Consultants that have placed a com-missionable order.

REGISTERED CONSULTANT: A Consultant receives a 12 month membership from date of registration after which a renewal fee is applied. During the 12 months he/she is a registered Consultant regardless of whether an order is placed or not.

REMOVALS: A Consultant who has not placed a com-missionable order at the close of his/her third catalogue period is considered a Removal and removed from the Sales Force. The Consultant is still registered and by placing a com-missionable order within the membership period is consid-ered a Reactivate and again counted in the Sales Force.

SALES FORCE: All Consultants (and Leaders) having placed at least one commissionable order within the last 3 catalogue periods.

SALES PER ACTIVE: Orders per Active x Average Order in Net Sales.

SLEEPING CONSULTANTS: A Consultant who has been Inactive between 4th catalogue and end of 12 month membership validity.

STARTERS: New Consultant who has signed ConsultantApplication form but not necessarily placed a commissionable order yet.

TOTAL SALES: Total sales in a period.
