11:15 a.m.-12:15 p.m. SHOW ME THE MUSCLEMaria Wilson, COMTThis course will illustrate the eye muscles and the application of prisms to correct deviations. It will also show images of deviations and causes, along with Formula for Palsies, with illustration.

Brian Rowell, COAThis course will review best practices for Cirrus 6000, as well as discuss the most current scan available for Cirrus OCT. The course will also review indications for OCT Angiography and will explain the analysis when we are looking at OCT Angiography Reports.

2:00-3:00 p.m. GRAVES’ OPHTHALMOPATHYDavid Kostick, MD, FACS This course will review Graves’ Ophthalmopathy (GO). We will discuss the natural history of GO, including “Rundle’s Curve,” how the orbital disease is unrelated to the thyroid status, and the typical clinical findings of GO. Also, we will discuss the new FDA-approved treatment for active GO (Teprotumumab) as well as the surgical reconstruction options for patients.

3:00-4:00 p.m. OPHTHALMIC TECH JEOPARDYCraig Simms, BSc, COMT, ROUB, CDOS, Moderator Tina Phillips, COTThis interactive course, worth 1 CE credit, will cover various IJCAHPO core certification examination content areas in a Jeopardy game show format. This course will review issues and indications that can arise during exams and triage with your patients. CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITSIJCAHPO and CA BRN continuing education credits have been approved for this meeting.
