Aim of this Catalogue

The market is evolving, and devices are not the only business solution anymore. Today, Konica

Minolta offers a vast range of highly capable Software Solutions which enable easier and more

efficient workflows; applications which in turn also help sell more devices, since these applications

need the machines in order to be implemented.

In a continuously evolving and dynamic market, and on the basis of our present year’s business term

WEVOLUTION, we want you to evolve with us. Therefore, this catalogue aims at informing you about

the office applications and various office trainings that are available for demonstration at our Office

Systems Demo Centre in Malta.

DEMO Setup Training (Training and advice on how to set up your own DEMO Setup for Software Solutions)

Explanation on how to effectively setup a DEMO environment to run Konica Minolta software

solutions in the most efficient manner.

PageScope Enterprise Suite (PSES) – Streamlined administration, absolute efficiency

Efficiency in today’s business world is all about saving time. With the PageScope Enterprise Suite,

Konica Minolta helps administrators, IT Specialists and users streamline their work, minimize their

efforts and achieve more in less time.

The Suite consists of five individual software components and offers a comprehensive yet modular

approach to the setup, control and management of users, in- and output devices, and related

network configurations. Therefore, the PSES overlaps more than one application category from

Konica Minolta’s portfolio of applications. Namely, the five software components of the PSES are;

The PageScope Net Care Device Manager is the core application of the Enterprise Suite and

governs the central implementation of system network configurations as central status

monitoring (Device Management)

The PageScope Authentication Manager facilitates the central management of the user

database and user rights (User and Cost Management)

The PageScope Account Manager is essential for central collection of detailed counter

readings and to visualize the resulting cost analysis (User and Cost Management)

The PageScope my Print Manager is the follow-me printing module in the Enterprise Suite,

enabling secure printing anywhere (i.e. on any networked device) anytime (i.e. whenever

convenient) (Output Management)

The PageScope My Panel Manager provides the individual creation of central user profiles,

personalized address books and scan destinations (User and Cost Management)

bEST Payment, a very affordable solution, integrates basic accounting functions, for OpenAPI-capable

bEST Personal Print – Flexible and Economic Follow-Me Printing

As an affordable solution for smaller companies, bEST Personal Print answers basic user needs for

Minolta’s Document Navigator Essentials is the perfect entry-level solution to capture, digitise,

distribute and use documents electronically. This simple and dependable capturing application

provides users with easy and straight-forward access to document capture without requiring much IT

knowledge from operators.

EveryonePrint – Security in Cloud and Mobile Printing

EveryonePrint (EOP) offers secure mobile printing including follow-me printing on the basis of

private-cloud technology. As a vendor-independent solution, EOP covers the entire printer fleet in a

company. Both attributes make EOP similarly interesting to corporate environments of any size, from

small businesses to large enterprises. At the same time, it represents an ideal solution for

educational organisations wanting to offer secure mobile printing to their students.

Unity Document Suite – Streamlining Document Flow from the desktop

Unity Document Suite is a user-friendly suite composed of 3 applications and an optional server

module that integrates fully into existing business processes. Unity is of particular interest for users

in corporate offices who work with multifunctional printers (MFPs) and want to optimise document

workflows.

As listed in the Catalogue of Services, our training programs are divided into two categories; Office

Sales Training and Office Solutions Training. Please indicate which of these programs is required:

1) The computers available at the OSDC have all applications required for the training already

installed. However, we suggest that participants bring their own laptop with them with the applications

to be covered by the training pre-installed and with the relevant licenses activated (NFR available for

most applications). The training does not include installation of the applications and procurement of

the relevant licenses, although assistance can be provided to participants to complete this prior to the

training dates*.

2) Kindly note that Video Conference facilities are available at the OSDC and can be used to

coordinate training participants to participate remotely. This should be used with caution as the whole

idea of such training is to gain first-hand experience hands on.
