Finding the Right Contractor
A reputable contractor should:
• Perform an on-site inspection and provide a detailed bid for the work to be completed
• Demonstrate to you that the company is licensed to repair and install heating and cooling equipment
• Sign an agreement that details the tasks being contracted before work begins
• Submit all warranty forms on your behalf and leave all equipment manuals, records and documentation
• Clearly explain the benefits of regular maintenance and help setup a schedule for your system

Your heating and cooling equipment is more than 10 years old.Consider upgrading to an energy-efficient model that could save you up to 20 percent on your heating and cooling costs.
