Be prepared to share. Raise your hands when I ask for examples.

A warning will be given if a rule is broken.

If another rule is broken, movement to another seat or personal conference will occur.

If yet another is broken, an email or phone call to your parents will be made.

If the above three steps fail to work, and rules continue to be broken, an office referral will be given.

A parent/teacher conference will be called.

Entering the Classroom: The Steps

• Entering the classroom quietly• Check the table for any handouts or materials• Be in your seat BEFORE the tardy bell• Read and complete the warm up for the day• Remain quiet until I begin class

Restroom Procedure

• Try to take care of business before class.• If you need to be excused to the restroom, raise your

hand with your fingers crossed or by holding up two fingers.

Turning in Papers

• Pass your work up to the front of the row, or center of the table if in a group.

• A helper will come by and collect all stacks.

• If you finish work in class, you may turn your work in to the appropriate class period tray, located on my desk.

Missing Homework

Homework is for practice and super important for your success. If it is assigned, I expect you to complete it and have it when it is due.

Some work will be done in class and will not be brought home.
