Faith Moment Reflection Right now, at this very moment, God is pouring out his love for you. In today's reading, John reminds us to stop and think about that -- to "see what love the Father has bestowed on us." We get so caught up in our daily routines, we overlook the reality of God's love in the here and now, a love that invites us to become God's children. So stop for a moment and "see" God's love. In your family and friends. In the beauty of our natural world. In the peace of your church or place of worship. God gives this great love freely to us and only asks that we love him in return; that we love one another as he loves each and every one of us. When we "see" God's love, we see the perfection of love in action.
Our Lady of Fatima Pilgrimage Walk –
The UNDERGROUND Youth Ministry is hosting a Walking Pilgrimage from Wilson NY to the Lady of Fatima Shrine in Lewiston NY. This 15 miles walk with Christ is inspired by the Holy Father’s call to Evangelize and devote ourselves to prayer, Along the journey we will pray, catechize, sing praise, celebrate penance, and evangelize the Catholic Faith! We will end our pilgrimage with Eucharist celebration at the Fatima Shrine. Our pilgrimage will begin Saturday May 12, 2018, 8am at 345 Lake St Wilson NY. We will stop three times. If you do not wish to do all 15 miles, we welcome you to join us at anytime along the way! See our flyer for more details or visit us at www.stbrendanonthelake.org. If you like kids and the outdoors, Camp Turner might be a great place for this summer. Horseback riding, woodshop, nature study, cabin counselors, assistant cook, prep cook and dishwashers needed. UPON THE ROCK
OLC received a disbursement of $3,297.60 into the Parish account as our first installment of the donations that our parishioners pledged to the Upon the Rock campaign last year. This money will be used for improvements or repairs for the Parish.

PARISH COFFEE SOCIAL
Mark your calendars: The Par ish Coffee Social has been changed to the first weekend (May 6, 2018) instead of the second. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. As usual all baked goods are greatly appreciated.
MEAT RAFFLE - MAY 5, 2018
The Meat Raffle is fast approaching. There will be only one more weekend that tickets will be sold before and after masses on Saturday and Sunday. If you want to be guaranteed a seat please call to reserve your ticket by calling Bernie @ 830-1057 or purchase a ticket from the Rectory. Once all tickets are sold there will be no more to sell. Doors will open at 5:30pm and the first spin will be at 6:30pm.
We are still accepting donations and they can be dropped off at the Rectory or brought to mass next week and given to an usher.
