SENIOR KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (F/M/D) – BERLIN/MUNICH As Key Account Manager you will be responsible for developing and intensifying customer relations with OEMs, in future also with rental and car- sharing companies, fleet management and other B2B customers. In this position you report to the Head of Key Account Management in Munich. RESPONSIBILITIES • Own one or multiple accounts as part of the Key Account Management team • Manage customer relations in collaboration with the Sales, Product Mgmt. & IT team • Implement B2B / B2B2C solutions and manage the customer business and processes • Support customers and develop long-term relations in line with the global strategy • Identify, develop and implement upselling opportunities in collaboration with relevant departments • Regularly report about customer relations and own the Customer KPI Dashboard • Monitor market trends and contribute to the overall DCS solutions according to customer and market requirements • Create best practices within the KAM team and improve internal processes REQUIREMENTS • Degree in business management, engineering or related studies • At least 3 years of professional experience in B2B KAM or project management • Experience in digital business models is an advantage as well as managing complex IT projects, consulting background is a plus • Experience with blue chips, ideally in automotive is a plus • Strong communication, interpersonal and networking skills • Excellent project management skills, problem-solving and negotiation aptitude • Team-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills combined with independent and structured working style; proficiency in English and German is mandatory ELECTRIFY YOUR CAREER!
