Oregon Framework Required Elements
Elements must be included in all teacher and administrator evaluation and support systems in Oregon School districts:
SB 290 Planning Team
Members Administrators Teachers/Licensed staff Union representatives
Timeline Submit assurances to ODE by July 1, 2013 Implement system in 2013-14 school year Include student learning & growth goals in 2014-15 school
year

point rating scale The ratings will be based on observations and other
evidence collected during the evaluation cycle You will set professional growth goals in accordance
to which category of licensed staff you are in (but they won’ t count towards your evaluation this year)
