Tx Milestones

Treatment milestones can be set up by the doctors to highlight progress of treatment.

An overall status bar will show progress in a graphically manner. Each separate milestone will show estimated completion time, and if complete, the number of months treatment is ahead or behind schedule.

Tx Milestones

Milestone grid shows on chart when milestones are present. Toggle allows switching between Tx Sequence Notes and Tx Milestones.

Actual date can be entered directly on the chart screen

Double click the milestone grid to open the full Milestone Screen.

Tx Milestones

The edit screen for entry/update of Tx Milestones. Includes ability to save milestones as template for reuse.

Scheduler Login

Fixed the login to the scheduler to work the same as the billing program. You need to login before an access to the scheduler is granted.

Dolphin Transfer Message

Warning message with the service that transfers to Dolphin is not processing updates.

Alert/Reminder Popup – Delete option

When an alert (schedule, chart, financial) pops up for a patient, you now have the option to delete it. It can still Edit or Dismiss the alert if desired.

Automatic Patient Status Changes

Use the Procedure configuration screen to set an automatic status change.

Letters – Trigger by number of months

Allow triggering a letter by a number of months when checking out certain procedures

Autopay

The Autopay screen has been restored

Daysheet

Replace the column labeled “Unbilled” with “Account Balance”

OrthoBanc

Full integration of OrthoBanc. Pulls down all automatic drafts and credit card transactions. This screen allows a review and automatic posting to patient ledgers.

Insurance
