We think it’s really important that we get on site regularly to check that everything is running smoothly and also make sure the Building Manager is performing all of their required functions. It gives the committee peace of mind.

When we first sit down with the committee, we establish a set of expectations around timeframes for responses, delivery of notices, minutes and financials etc.
Investing in Technology
We believe in investing in technology to ensure our owners corporations have access to information at their fingertips. We develop an online portal specific to each building for the committee to use as a communication tool with residents as well as also having access to our own Owners Portal at www.ocm.com.au
Smooth interaction and access to Owners material
An online portal for all owners gives them access to important OC documentation which can also be controlled by a hierarchy, giving further information to owners on the committee.
Expertise
Large inner city developments require a certain skillset in dealing with the complicated structures, building issues and scale. We only manage these types of developments and have built our team to ensure we can exceed our clients expectations.
