Dear Second Home Owner,

At Five Star Beach Properties we offer a special program for those owners not looking to rent. We

understand that your home is a valuable asset and must be maintained when you are not in

town.

Our basic plan provides a weekly walk through of your home. We will then take care of any

needed problems that may arise. We want to make owning a second home completely care

free for all of our owners.

We are staffed with a full-time maintenance team and subcontractors to assist with all possible

needs. Our monthly plans are based on the size of your home and billing occurs monthly to the

credit card that you choose to keep on file.

We also offer fully customizable plans that include anything that your home may need. Our goal

is to make working with Five Star Beach Properties an easy process, which is what you deserve.

♦ Weekly inspection of your property

♦ Check all fixtures for leaks

♦ Ensure that appliances are in working order

♦ Check a/c units and ensure they are set at your specified temperature

♦ Monthly air filter change

♦ Replace any light bulbs as needed

♦ Flush toilets and run faucets to ensure proper water flow

♦ Ensure that all doors are locked and alarm codes set

♦ Arrange cleanings monthly or at your discretion

♦ Provide pre-arrival grocery delivery

♦ Deliver any baby goods needed for your stay

♦ Prep the home for your arrival which can include changing the a/c temperature, turning on

lights, turning down beds, etc…
