The Role: As a project worker, you’ll work with a small number of people who have mental health needs. You’ll work with them to develop and deliver a support plan focused on supporting effective recovery and a better quality of life. With your support, they will grow their independence and work towards living fuller lives in independent accommodation.
You: You’ll have a natural ability to engage and, within boundaries, build positive working relationships with residents/potential residents. You’ll be passionate about maximising recovery, and enjoy encouraging independence and supporting positive risk taking. Your practiced verbal and written communications skills, along with good numeracy, will be assets.
Base: Oxford with some work in Bicester and Banbury Salary: £15,807 - £18,156 per annum (depending on experience) Hours: 37 hours per week (shift work covering 24 hours) Training: excellent training and induction Annual Leave: 22 day per year Pension: yes
