POINTS TO NOTE FOR USA & CANADA :

• Time Wise itinerary has to be strictly adhered to maintain the flow of the itinerary. People being late will have to catch up the tour at the next destination/excursion with their own expense.

• Porterage, tips, laundry, telephone calls, alcohol/non-alcohol beverages are not included.

• There is no refund for any missed portion of the tour.

• Standard & Basic Rooms will be given. Please note that the check-In time for rooms in all hotels will be 3:00 pm and Check out will be at 11:00 am. Passengers coming before time can request hotel for early check-in but this is not guaranteed & is at the hotel's discretion & availability of rooms.

• American buffet breakfast is included in some of the Destinations. In case of early morning flight no breakfast will be given by the hotel.

• Indian Breakfast is included in some of the destinations like Las Vegas Etc.

• Sumptuous Dinners at Indian restaurants where the passengers can choose between VEG or JAIN option.

• The passengers requiring Wheelchair assistance will have to make their own arrangements.

• In order for us to provide excellent service towards passenger airport pick-ups, we need the flight details minimum of 3 days prior along with cell phone number. (Direct joining)

• Please note that guests may have to give their Credit card/cash at some of the hotels towards incidentals. No charges are levied unless the guests use some of the services other than not included in the package.

• Joining Direct Passengers will Not be given airport transfers To and FROM the airport. They have to make their own arrangements or pay for the transfers.

• For passengers on triple sharing or with parents with child, rooms with twin bed will be provided. There is no provision for extra bed in most hotels in USA.

BROCHURE INFORMATION :

All information given in the Brochure / Itinerary / Sightseeing Tours are based on the information available at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change any brochure / itinerary before or after booking your tour due to any event beyond our control. In case if we will know about any changes before your departure we will update or communicate with you otherwise our Tour Manager or Local Representative will inform you of the changes on the tour.

PAYMENT POLICY PER PERSON :

• Initial payment of Rs. 50,000/-

• 2nd Payment : 75 days prior to Departure date Rs. 1,00,000/-

• Final payment prior to Departure date FINAL PAYMENT : MUST BE 45 DAYS

• Initial deposit money is towards the INR portion.

• The US$ component will never be freezes. ROE will be considered on the date of payment paid towards US$ portion.

CANCELLATION CHARGES PER PERSON :

• Service Tax or any Govt. Tax will not be refunded in any case.

• Booking Amount will remain Non-Refundable

• 59 Days to 45 days prior Departure date : Rs. 90000/-

• 44 days to 10 days prior Departure date : 75% of the tour cost

• Within 9 days of Departure : 100% of the tour cost. NO REFUND.

DEVIATION CHARGE PER PERSON :

If you wish to deviate from the group tour or return date to India, the same is permitted. You will have to pay per person towards Rs. 5000/-deviation charge plus any airline charges as applicable. Pre Tour deviation are not allowed on group fare.

REFUND POLICY :

• No refund for any missed portion of the tour.

• Due to reasons beyond our control such as Strike, Heavy Traffic, Rain etc there will be no refund for an missed sightseeings or flights delayed , optional tours ,Hotel or cruise.

• There will no refund ( if applicable ) in INR. Tour Voucher with one year validity will be issued.

MINIMUM PARTICIPATION :

• Operations of Groups Tour to USA is subject to Minimum Participation of 30 paying adult passengers

• Tours specified in the brochure/itinerary is subjected to minimum participation of the paying participants. If the participants are below the minimum participation or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control or without assigning any reason the company reserves the right to amend, amalgamate, alter, vary or even cancel a tour without incurring any liability to pay compensation.

• Under such circumstances amount paid by client will be refunded forthwith after deducting the actual expenses incurred such as visa, travel insurance etc. All refund shall be given in Indian Rupees and through cheque.

• If the company decides to operate the tour with participation below minimum stipulated or if the participants are required to travel as 'individual traveller', the company reserves the right to collect additional amount. The clients traveling as 'individual travelers' will not be provided certain services such as that of a Tour Manager. The client may travel in the same itinerary with some amendments such as in coach, airport transfers etc which are fixed at that time.

BAGGAGE :

• Portage is not included in any tour. Passengers will have to carry their own bags to the room and the coach.

• Baggage allowance : International flight : USA internal flight : 1 bag @ 23 kgs.

*Other informations in detail will be given at the time of group meeting before tour departure.

Law & Jurisdiction

For any litigation the jurisdiction of the court shall be Ahmedabad for all purpose.
