CHALK HILL BLUE SOUTH AUSTRALIA SAUVIGNON BLANC SEMILLON The distinctive herbaceous and tropical characters typical of perfectly ripened Sauvignon Blanc leap from the glass followed by delicate citrus notes from the Semillon.

SENSI ITALY PINOT GRIGIO The colour is pale straw, with hints of green, and the nose has subtle aromas of lemon and lime, with hints of peach. In the mouth however the wine develops, with balanced citrus and tropical fruit flavours bouncing around the tastebuds. This wine rewards a relaxed approach, just let it swirl and enjoy.

CHALK HILL BLUE SOUTH AUSTRALIA SHIRAZ CABERNET This medium bodied wine has aromas of red berry fruit and plums with a hint of wood. On the palate the wine shows the vibrant mouth-filling fruit with cherry and plum, good length, a touch of wood and a soft full finish.

SENSI ITALY MONTEPULCIANO D’ABRUZZO Nero D’Avola, Sicily’s most important grape often compared to new world shiraz and produces velvety, plummy, peppery wines of great appeal. The nose can be pretty, floral and spicy, yet earthy and meaty with lots of red fruits. The flavours on the palate cover the spectrum, from mouth-filling, red-fruited juiciness and eastern spices, through to dried herb, savouriness and crunchy acidity.
