E-quotations are invited from the interested Companies/parties/MNCs for leasing out of Ground Floor, Raheja Chambers, 12, Museum Road, Bangalore - 560001 The e-quotations should be submitted in the prescribed format of Letter of Intent (LOI)/Quotation as detailed in Annexure-1alongwith company/firm profile at [email protected] E-Quotation should be mailed at [email protected] superscripted as “Quotation for leasing of Ground Floor, Raheja Chambers, 12, Museum Road, Bangalore” latest by 26.10.2020. The quotations will be opened on 27th October, 2020 at 11.30 AM at Apparel House, Sector-44, Gurgaon - 122003 in the presence of such agencies who may wish to be present.

(c) It may be noted that any Quotation not accompanied by Earnest Money except

(d) The EMDs of the unsuccessful bidders will be refunded by way of RTGS/NEFT

without any interest within 15 days.

8. Common Maintenance Charges In addition to the lease rent, the lessee would be required to pay Common Miantenance Charges to the building Society on the leased portion.

9. Electricity The lessee shall be liable to pay all such charges of usage of electricity from electric meter provided exclusively for the subject premises as per bill to the electricity authority.

10. Water Tax The lessee shall be liable to pay Water & Sewerage Tax to conerned authority
