(c) It may be noted that any Quotation not accompanied by Earnest Money except

MSME Firms is liable to be rejected at the discretion of AEPC.
(d) The EMDs of the unsuccessful bidders will be refunded by way of RTGS/NEFT
without any interest within 15 days.
8. Common Maintenance Charges In addition to the lease rent, the lessee would be required to pay Common Miantenance Charges to the building Society on the leased portion.
9. Electricity The lessee shall be liable to pay all such charges of usage of electricity from electric meter provided exclusively for the subject premises as per bill to the electricity authority.
10. Water Tax The lessee shall be liable to pay Water & Sewerage Tax to conerned authority
