A General meeting will be conducted for faculty performance. Innovative teaching strategies are shared to make their teaching way

advised personally, so as not to hurt the self-esteem of an individual and
directed to improve themselves.

The college administration committee
takes care of the genuine and essential requisites.

and the students.
For the genuine grievances, redressal
has taken and the suggestions are also
collected every now and then.
Grievances are probably related to
teaching of the faculty or the behavior
of the students or other infra-structure
facilities.
Continuous follow up for the grievances
are taken and solved it immediately.
Confidentiality is maintained as far as
complaints and suggestions are
concerned.
