Fundraising Team Fundraising Team is responsible for raising funds and supplies to support the needs of the trip and achieve the goal of paying for the house that will be built in MS. The team will oversee the Shares program, Business Sponsors, and the Brat Stand, with the help of those described below. • Getting copies of Share form from John/Sarah, Publicizing in Bulletin, Announcements at Mass (Talking to priest/pastor to arrange, Coordinating youth to speak and be there to hand out and/or collect forms), Utilizing other ways your Congregation gets info out (email, bulletin boards, etc.)

half of a day. We will give you specific instructions and supplies, but you would stay at that stand and be sure the stand continues to function. First shift of the day for each stand loads at 6:8 and sets up stand. Final shift of the day at each stand takes down and unloads at 6:8. You can sign up for a specific time/location or just as interested and we will contact you with more info.

Benefit Reception o Kitchen Coordinator: Works with John and Sarah to make sure all

food preparation has occurred before reception day and is in the Kitchen during the Benefit Reception, overseeing a group of youth and adults who keep the food and beverage tables stocked (hors d’oeurves are brought by trip participants)
