CSA Announcement

This year, as we all know, things are very different.

Covid has brought a number of challenges, namely that

the majority of our families aren’t sitting in the pews for

Mass. During this year’s in-pew weekend on Nov. 7-8

the results were only about a quarter of what we usually

see. The CSA is experiencing almost a $1.5 million

shortfall. That’s a serious deficit because the programs

funded by the CSA are more important than ever during

this crazy year. So, I’m asking for your help.

Please join me in making a gift to CSA and do so by giv-

ing online at www.austindiocese.org/giv or pull out your

phone right now and text your gift amount to (512) 829-

3826. Next year, when we are back in the pew, you can

fill out the pledge form on paper, but this year, we need

you to go online to make a gift. Your gift supports more

than 100 ministries and programs that transform thou-

sands of lives across Central Texas each day. We need

you more than ever!

FAITH FORMATION

2020-2021

Registration is open and online under the Faith

Formation tab of the slparish website.

Youth Faith formation is 1st through 12th grade this year

We have a distance learning option for all of those grades.

Classes for EFF are Sunday morning 9:40am-10:40am and

Wednesday evenings 6:30pm-7:30pm.

Classes for EKO are Wednesday evening 6:30pm-7:45pm.

Classes for Keysis are Sunday evenings after 5pm mass.

Classes are currently in session.

COVID INFORMATION

In accordance with the CDC and Austin Diocese guide-

lines Saint Luke Catholic Church is now conducting

Masses at our normal times. Saint Luke is currently re-

stricting the number of parishioners attending the Mass

at 200 parishioners in the church, chapel, and 200 more

in the parish hall if necessary. Social Distancing is still

in effect with pews marked with an X on the floor if it is

not to be used.

The Bishop’s dispensation is still in effect for those who

feel that they are still at risk and cannot attend Mass.

Please observe the following guidelines when attending

services

Enter & Exit through Main Church Doors only

Face Mask strongly encouraged to be worn

Hand Sanitizer provided in Narthex

Maintain Social Distancing

No social gathering in Narthex or Church
