CDA is hosting a clothing collection for Lent to benefit St.
Vincent de Paul. To participate, pick up your collection bags at
the back of the church on the weekend of March 2/3. Start on the
first day of Lent. Every day, go to your closet and pick one item
to put in the bag. On Easter, seal the bag. Bring it to church the
weekend AFTER Easter and leave by the Giving Tree in the
Atrium.

meets weekly. Let us help you work through the grief journey to a

Beginning Experience The Beginning Experience is a peer ministry
for separated, divorced, or widowed individuals. It is a weekend
pro-gram to help move from the darkness of grief into the light of
a new beginning of hope for the future. While this min-istry is
rooted in the Catholic tradition, it is open to men and women of
all faiths. The next weekend retreat will be held April 26-28 2019
at the Catholic Conference and Formation Center in Dallas. To

The St. Anthony Homeschool Group will be hosting St. Joseph
Altar and Potluck. March 19th at 6:30pm. The entire parish is
invited to attend. Each family is asked to bring a meatless dish to
share, a non-perishable food item to do-nate to the poor, and a
holy statue or image to decorate the altar. We are also looking for
volunteers to help bake decorative breads. If you would like to

26th Annual Bishop's Pro-Life Dinner, April 13: Bishop Edward J.
Burns invites you to the Bishop's Pro-Life Dinner on April 13th at
the Renaissance Dallas-Addison Hotel. This spectacular event
benefiting the Catholic Pro-Life Committee will feature the
personal reflections and acoustic performance of award-winning
Chris-tian artists Tenth Avenue North, as well as special guest and
EWTN radio host Gloria Purvis. The evening will include a raffle,
wine and jewelry pulls, and private reception at 5 p.m., followed
by a seated banquet, live auction and program at 6:30 p.m. This
event raises critical funds to save babies, support families,
pro-vide education and spread the Gospel of Life! Reservations are
$125 for an individual seat, $1,250 for a ta-ble of ten. Premium
tables with tickets to the Private Reception begin at $5,000.
Raffle tickets for a chance to win $15,000 in MasterCard® gift
cards are available now for $30 each, 4 for $80 and 8 for $125.
Dinner reservations are requested by April 2, 2019, after which the

you for helping us to have a roof over our head. My family and I
are naturalized U.S. Citizen emigrated from Ethiopia, our family
size is 5 and barely making it to the end of the month. We have
been trying to stand on our own feet including having our own house
that our kids can call our home. All these did not happen until
recently when Habitat for Humanity for Collin County accepted our
application coordinated with the community to build the house of
our dream. My family and I are in great debt to our sponsoring
churches who donated money for materials, the volun-teers who are
participating to build the house for us, and Collin County that
donated the land. Our gratitude is also extended to Habitat staffs
who are diligently working to make it happen. We, the Gebreyesus

LIFE NIGHTS – serve youth in grades 9 through 12 with the goal
of empowering them to become stronger, more intentional disciples.
We gather to learn and discuss a variety of topics that concern
youth in the pre-sent day from the Church to discipleship and
social justice. Life Nights meets on Sunday after the 5:30 PM Mass
in Father Pondant Hall. Dinner is served, and new faces are always

BAPTISMS English Baptisms are the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Saturday
of the month at 6:00p.m. Please contact the parish office to
schedule the baptism. The parents and sponsors must take a
baptismal preparation class. Baptismal preparation classes are
offered the 3rd Saturday of each month at10:00 a.m. in the old
white church in english. Please call the parish office to register.
Baptismal preparation for children ages 7 to 14 is handled in the
Faith Formation Program.
