Community Land Trust
• A CLT is a non-profit organization that obtains and manages land for the purpose of community benefits.
• A CLT provides a effective model for ensuring perpetual affordability of residential, commercial and community spaces, because a CLT allows community ownership and democratic control of land and its use.

• Respond by November 12 regarding whether “your organization” would like to sit in a transitional board of directors

• Join a community presentation by a group of students from U of T Planning in mid-December.
