Factosr: High fat diet

Menopause

Stimulation of increased estrogen production

Proliferation of cells in the uterus

Overgrowth of the endometrial lining

Develops into uterine fibroid

Deterioration in the

interior part of the fibroid

Interference in

the vascular

supply

Sonography (UTZrevealed thickened

endometrium)

Pelvic exam

Pain

TendernessPalpable mass

at hypogastric

region

Dysmenorrhea

Compression of

the bladder

Urinary

frequency,
