Funds Control

PCA is the industry expert in Funds Control servicesin the construction industry. As a Licensed Joint Con-trol Agent, we provide disbursement, review contracts,bids and lien release services on commercial, govern-ment and residential construction projects.

Funds Control is a service used by Sureties, Lendersand Project Owners to mitigate potential risk in con-struction projects. PCA understands there is no substi-tute for good underwriting but Funds Control isanother tool that can be used to evaluate an accountand develop solid relationships with a contractor.

Travel Policy
