Team/GIZ in FGD meeting and site visit in Pekanbaru City.

Pekanbaru was offered 2 kinds of project Vacuum Sewerage

System and Solid Waste Management.

“Solid Waste Management” was chosen with Main Topic

Waste to Energy which named Sustainable Sanitary

Landfill to Energy System (SSLTS).

Preliminary Feasibility Study of Sustainable Sanitary

Landfill to Energy System (SSLTS) has been finished and

presented in front of local Government, representative of

provincial gov and BAPPENAS : Existing Landfill

Treatment and New Landfill

How to penetrate The Nexus Concept to the planning documents : National, Provincial dan Local The format of coordination and communication among local, provincial and national goverment towards one goals; “Food Security, Water Protection, Renewable Energies”
