WEIGHING PLATFORMSStandard on our assortment we have small weighingplatforms from 300mm up to 800mm in square.Further on we deliver drive through platforms, palletplatforms, built-in platforms and low profile platformsin every needed size.
Standaard in ons assortiment hebben wij kleinereweegplateau’s vanaf 300mm tot en met 800mmvierkant. Tevens leveren wij u doorrijweeg-plateau’s,palletweegplateau’s, inbouwweegplateau’s, en laagprofiel weegplateau’s in elke gewenste afmeting.
Soms hoeft bij weegsystemen alleen hetkrachtopnemersignaal omgezet worden naar eenanaloge stroom- of spanningsuitgang. Dezeweegsystemen zijn uiteraard minder nauwkeurig enniet bedoeld voor handelsdoeleinden. Onzeanaloge versterkers verzorgen een signaal van 0/4-20mA en/of 0-10V. Een andere mogelijkheid is dedigitale versterker oftewel een digitizer. Dit systeemkan worden aangesloten op een PC of PLC encommuniceert door middel van eenASCII-protocol.
AMPLIFIERS & DIGITIZERS
These instruments, excellent for panelmounting or in stand-alone stainless steelhousing, are unbeatable for industrial use.Some are developed for static use with a 50samples per second system, others with a 1000samples per second, system for dynamic usessuch as batching, filling, loss in weight and soon. The weighing indicators can be providedwith a RS232 and RS 422 communication portor even Profibus DP, 2, 4 or 8 setpoints, 5 or 6inputs for remote control and an analog output0/4-20/24 mA. These are partly with specializedhardware and software for force, pressure,displacement, temperature, current, tension,mobile weighing and so on.

Sometimes in weighing systems the loadcell signalonly must be converted to an analog current orvoltage output. These systems are of course lessaccurate and are not meant for trade applications.Our analog amplifiers deliver a signal of 0/4-20mAand/or 0-10V. Another possibility is the digitalamplifier as we called the digitizer. This device canbe connected to a PC or PLC and thecommunication is anASCII-protocol.

MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE “BCS”
A BCS software system manages the production,traces the data, stores the data and takes care of thereports. This software is a tool for the production withamong other things like operator registration, rawmaterial consumption, choice for dayprograms andtracing of used raw materials. All parameters comingfrom production are stored in the reports. You mustthink of the progresscontro, dosed value, possiblea larmsi tuat ions and batchrepor t ing. Thebatchreporting is stored in tables of Paradox formatwhich are open to couple with for example Excell andAccess. The costs of this softwarepackagingdepends on the hardware where, in spite of a smallinstallation, all functionality is present.

Een BCS software systeem beheert de productie,traceert de gegevens, bewaart de gegevens enverzorgt de rapportage. Deze software is een stukgereedschap voor de productie met onder andereoperator registatie, grondstoffenbewaking, keuzevoor een dagprogramma en traceerheid van degebruikte grondstoffen. Alle parameters vanuit deproductie worden opgeslagen in de rapportage. Menmoet dan denken aan voortgangscontrole,gedoseerde waarde, eventuele alarmsituaties enbatchrapportage. De batchrapportage wordtopgeslagen in Paradox tabellen welke vrij zijn tekoppelen aan bijvoorbeeld Exel en Access. De kostenvan het softwarepakket zijn afhankelijk van dehardware waarbij desondanks een kleinere installatiealle functionaliteit aanwezig is.

Met Tpupdate software is het mogelijk omeen koppeling te maken naar MicrosoftOffice. Software zoals Excel, Word enAccess kunnen op deze manier allebeschikbare gegevens uit de controllerkrijgen. De koppeling vereist van degebruiker wel een bepaalde kennis ommet één van deze applicaties en in hetspeciaal met VBA om te gaan. Daarna ishet mogelijk om zeer flexibel met eeneigen invulling van de gegevens aan deslag te gaan.

This savestime and due to the internal handling it will be a quickand high accurate system. PI-software “ ” for programming
Our controllers come with an important piece ofFreeware for setting up and eas the life oftechnicians. With this software all controllerindicator values, I/O statuses, internal addressesand registers are available online. The programsaves the complete setting as a project. Everysingle process can be started and stopped too.The controllers MiniMate and Massteq handle up to1000 labels. A label is a string of max. 8 characters.These labels are used for process names, programnames, recipe names and all kind of messages onthe display.There’s a facility to design your ticket or printerlayout (max. 4 different pieces) for the printer.Unique “ESC-codes” (see printer manual) help tocontrol every kind of printer.

Onze besturingen komen met een belangrijk stuk“freeware” om een programma-setup en het degebruiker makkelijker te maken. Met deze softwarekunnen alle indicator waardes, I/O status, interneaddressen en registers on-line gemonitord worden.Het progamma bewaard de complete instellingen alseen project. Alle aanwezig processen kunnen gestarten gestopt worden. De besturingen Minimate enMassteq hebben 1000 labels ter beschikking. Eenlabel is een string van maximaal 8 karakters. Dezelabels worden gebruikt voor procesnamen,programma-namen, receptnamen en scherm-berichten.Verder bestaat er de mogelijkheid om een printerbonnaar eigen smaak in te delen.
