Today we welcome Saltash, and we have to give them a huge pat on the back for their cup efforts and reaching National Cup Final Day at Twickenham. Playing at Twickers is every player’s dream and we want to wish them well and every bit of luck to lift that trophy! It’s a huge achievement for any club, and Saltash really deserve it. Hopefully they can stay injury free and go there at full strength as I’m sure they will all want to play on the big stage. For us, today’s game against them is like our own cup final, and there’s plenty to play for! Hopefully there will be plenty to cheer for today, and we can definitely expect some tries from the two most potent scoring teams in the league. I just want to say that it has been a pleasure and an honour to coach these lads this season and I really hope that we can finish the league season with our unbeaten home record intact. Enjoy the game. Ian Morgan, Coach.
Welcome to The Memorial Ground for today’s hugely important game against Saltash. We welcome them warmly here today and offer them our huge congratulations on making it through to Twickenham in the National Senior Vase Final. With today’s game having much riding on it, let’s be louder and prouder in support of our team today to get the boys over the line!
