COMPANY HISTORY

Key milestones in PERCo history

1988. Establishment of the company. Development and production of custom-made security systems begins.

1991. PERCo manufactures the first Russian-made tripod turnstile.

1993. PERCo develops and starts production of the first in Russia electromechanical office lock and proximity-cards based

network access control system.

1994. PERCo sets up a network of dealers.1995-1996. PERCo opens production of the first Russian-made proximity card readers initiating a wide spread of RFID

technologies in the country.

1999. PERCo launches serial production of waist-high and full height electromechanical rotor turnstiles.

2000. A nationwide network of showrooms at regional dealers and a training centre are opened.

2001. The first international installation outside the CIS countries (Reykjavik, Island).

2002. Broader international expansion, the first sales to France, Japan and the UK.

2003. PERCo products are exported to 45 countries worldwide.2004-2005. PERCo sets up a network of regional servicecentres and opens a warehouse in the EU (Tallinn, Estonia). The

company begins taking part in major international security shows

in Germany, the UAE, the USA and the UK.

2006. PERCo opens its first showroom abroad (Glasgow, UK), exports to 51 countries.

2007. PERCo produces the first in Russia Ethernet-based Complex security and management enhancement system. The

system combines main aspects of security such as access

control, CCTV, intrusion and fire alarm, and provides for more

effective business operation. The company breaks ground for a

new manufacturing plant in Pskov.

2009. PERCo launches the first phase of its new manufacturing plant in Pskov.

2010. Official opening of the manufacturing plant at Pskov. PERCo quality management system is certified to the ISO

9001:2008 international standard.

2011. PERCo launches an Ethernet-based system for educational facilities. PERCo training centre implements a new

interactive method of training - webinars.

2012. Expansion of PERCo production facilities 4 new processing centres ACCUWAY UT-200M with numerical

program operation are launched. Introduction of a certification

system for PERCo partners, exports to 75 countries worldwide.

2013. PERCo celebrates its 25-th anniversary on the security market. Launch of series production of turnstiles with automatic

anti-panic function. PERCo S-20 security system is accepted as

standard and included in study program of 10 leading universities

in Russia and CIS region.

2014. PERCo technical support centre is opened in EU. PERCo sales geography includes 77 countries.

Research and Development

PERCo products are in-house designed. The R&D Division

includes Design, H/W and S/W departments. All new production is

subjected to endurance and environmental tests, as well as tested

for electrical and fire safety and electromagnetic compatibility.

The multilevel quality management system ensures thorough

PERCo is very particular about effective performance of its

throughout the product life time

Technical Support Department provides the customer with after-sales service, warranty repair and comprehensive

technical advice.

Training

PERCo training centre conducts regular introductory seminars

and workshops on access control systems for both installing and

end-user companies. The training centre is equipped with PCs

and stands with working products for real hands-on training.

A new format of training in the form of webinars (on-line

workshops) has been successfully introduced and is currently

used to get our partners and end-users more acquainted with

PERCo products.

Thanks to years of expertise, series production and quality

management system certified to ISO 9001:2008 international

standard we are proud of the high-quality of the products that we

bring to the market.

We are very particular about safety of the products which must

not come at expense of security ensured by them.

All our products are available as standard or optionally fitted with

means for public safety (key override control, fail-safe mode,

automatic/mechanical anti-panic). Keeping security high PERCo

products are safe in operation and in use.

We constantly monitor the market and recent tendencies of

security industry to keep our products up-to-date, constantly

broadening the product portfolio with innovative, best-fit

solutions to meet the demand.

Electromechanical Locks

PERCo is focused on production of electromechanical mortise

locks for office doors including locks with a unique contact

latch feature. PERCo locks can be integrated in access control

systems and can be controlled fail-safe or fail-secure, providing

night-time and day-time operating modes. The locks are

available with different options and are absolutely compatible

with common widely used lock cylinders, escutcheon plates and

handles.

IP-Stiles

PERCo IP-Stiles are designed as a turnkey access control

solution featuring a controller and 2 card readers built-in in a

turnstile housing and supplied with single-user software. Being

an IP-based control device it can be used as a stand-alone access

control system at moderate-size companies or be integrated in an

existing one over Ethernet protocol. PERCo manufactures various

types of IP-Stiles based on compact tripod turnstiles, box tripod

turnstiles and rotor turnstiles.

Access control systems

PERCo produces a wide variety of systems from simple, low-cost

one-door solutions to well-developed network systems for

unlimited number of entrance points, with scheduled access and

CCTV verification. PERCo provides Ethernet-based solutions,

including T&A and HRM-automation.

The high quality of PERCo access control systems has been

tested and proven at many thousands of installations throughout

Russia and abroad.

Using our 25 years of experience in development and production

we are working to adopt our access control systems for various

languages.
