FOREWORD

It gives me immense pleasure in bringing out the Annual Performance Report (APR) of MSME-

DI Karnal and its Br. Bhiwani for the year 2016-17. The report contains details of the activities and

significant work done by the Institute and its branch during 2016-17. The main focus was Development of

MSME in the state of Haryana. Technical consultancy services to MSMEs were provided. In addition to

these activities, Programmes/ Seminars on various schemes of ministry were also organised. It is my

profound privileged to inform that this Institute has successfully completed given target in the year 2016-

17. Therefore the achievement was 100%. It has become true that due to sincere efforts put up by all

officers & staff members of the Institute and its Branch Bhiwani, this achievement was made.

2. Under NMCP Schemes, Five awareness programmes on ZED Certification scheme, Three

programmes on Design Clinic Scheme, One Awareness Programme on ICT Scheme, Two programmes on

QMS/QTT , Two awareness Programmes on Energy Efficient Technologies ,Two Programmes on

Product Certification, Three Awareness programmes on Business Incubator Scheme. Awareness

programme each on Bar code, Packaging for Export & IPR were also organized in association with

various industries association in the state. The objective of programmes were to include Zero Defect &

Zero Effect practices in manufacturing processes, ensure continuous improvement and supporting the

Make in India initiative.

3. Under NMCP Schemes, this year the institute has implemented lean scheme in 8 SPVs, reimbursed 22

MSE units in Bar Code, reimbursed 9 units in Product certification, 1 unit in ISO-9000 reimbursement

scheme, under MSE-CDP Scheme 01 No of CFC is functioning, 03 Nos of CFC are in the stage of final

approval and about 8 Nos are under progress.07 Nos of Projects under IID Scheme are being

implemented at different stages in the state.

Feb 2017 was organized at Kundli & Ambala

respectively in association with Kundli Industries Association & MSME Chamber of Commerce and

Department of Industries & Commerce, Govt of Haryana , Maharishi Markandeshwar University,

Mullana, Ambala, NSIC Ambala, SIDBI, Chandigarh, Haryana Pharmaceuticals Manufacturers

Association. In addition to this, Eight nos of one day State Level Vendor Development

Programme(SVDP) were organized in various districts in the state. The office has successfully done the

secretariat work of Central Govt. Welfare Association, Karnal.

5. I wish to place on record my appreciation and complements for the outstanding performance made by

all officers and staff members of the institute and its branch for completing 100% targets during the year

2016-17.

ACHIVEMENTS OF MSME - DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE, KARNAL

MSME -Development Institute (Formerly Small Industries Service Institute), Karnal was established in

October 1982. MSME-DI, Karnal is a field office in the State of Haryana of O/o DC (MSME) Ministry

of MSME, Government of India. The Institute along with its branch Institute at Bhiwani provides a wide

range of extension service to the Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises except Faridabad district which

falls under the jurisdiction of MSME DI Okhla, New Delhi. It provides consultancy services to the

existing & prospective entrepreneurs.

The globalization and liberalization of our economy demands continuous monitoring and implementation

of Govt. policies in the state. In this context, various schemes for the promotion of Micro, Small and

Medium Enterprises i.e. NMCP Schemes, Lean Manufacturing Scheme, MSE-CDP Scheme, IID

Scheme, ZED Certification Scheme, MATU Scheme, International Cooperation scheme etc. are being

implemented regularly.

For creating self employment opportunities among the educated unemployed youths, Industrial

Motivational Campaign (IMCs), Entrepreneurship Development Programme, (EDPs), Entrepreneurship

Skill Development Programme (ESDPs) are conducted in various districts of the State.

Bhiwani workshop provides common workshop facilities to local MSMEs. The workshop is equipped

with lathe, shaper & other general purpose machines. It provides six months skill development training to

workers of micro & small units of Bhiwani and its surrounding areas.

12 nos MSE-CDP Clusters are being implemented in the state of Haryana at different stage of

implementation and in Lean manufacturing Competitiveness scheme out of 36 nos of clusters 4 nos has

been completed successfully & remaining are in different stages.

ACHIEVEMENTS (IN BRIEF) MADE BY THE INSTITUTE DURING – 2016-17

(1) State Level Vendor Development Programme (SVDP)

8 nos. of one day duration State Level Vendor Development Programme (SVDP) organised

by the Institute. The details are as follows:

(2) Awareness Programmes on Energy Efficient Technologies (EET)

One day programme on Energy Efficient Technology(EET) was organized on 09-12-16 &

10-12-16 at Karnal & Ambala in association with Halonix , Karnal & HCCI ambala.

Total 95 participants from various manufacturing units participated in the programme.

(3) Awareness Programmes on Quality Management System/Quality Technology

Tools(QMS/QTT)

Two programmes on QMS/QTT were organized on 22-06-16 & 28-6-2016 at Panipat &

Ambala in association with Textile machinery Manufacturer Association, Panipat &

Scientific Manufacturers & Exporters Association, Ambala.

.Total 171 participants from various manufacturing units participated in the programme.

(4) Awareness Programmes on Product Certification

Two programmes on Product Certification was organized on 08-09-16 & 29-09-16 at

Kundli & Narwana in association with Small Scale Industry Association , Rai, Sonipat and

HSIIDC Indl. Estate Welfare Association, Narwana.

Total 153 participants from various manufacturing units participated in the programme.

(5) Awareness programme under Bar code Scheme

(a) 1 no. seminar on Bar Code organised by the Institute. The details are as follows:

On 27-05-16 at Narwana in association with HSIIDC Indl. Estate Welfare

Association, Narwana. Total 20 msme units participated the programme.

(6) Programme on Intellectual Property Rights

One programme on Intellectual Property Rights were organized on 31-08-16 at Karnal in

association with Karnal Food Pack Cluster Ltd, Karnal Signage CFC Pvt Ltd, Plastic CFC

Pvt Ltd, Karnal, Karnal Dairy CFC Pvt Ltd .Total 71participants from various

manufacturing units participated in the programme.

(7) Training Programme on Packaging for Exports

One programme on Packaging for Exports was organized on 25 & 26 May, 2016 at Karnal

in association with Indian Institute of Packaging, New Delhi & Karnal Print & Pack

Association, Karnal . Total 30 participants from various manufacturing units participated in

the programme.

(8) Awareness Programme on Support for Entrepreneurial & Managerial Development of

SMEs through Incubators

Three programmes organized on 26-09-16, 02-12-16 & 22-02-17 at Kurukshetra, MM

University Ambala & Karnal . Total 249 participants attended the programme.

(9) Awareness Programmes on ZED Certification Scheme

Five programmes on ZED Certification Scheme(Zero Defect & Zero Effect) were organized

on 8-11-16, 25-11-16, 21-12-16, 10-1-17 & 18-2-17 at Gurgaon, Ambala, Panchkula, Hisar

& Kurukshetra in association with Manesar Industries Welfare Association, Gurgaon

,Ambala Small Scale Industries Welfare Association, Ambala , Haryana Chamber of

Commerce & Industries, Panchkula, Hisar Small Scale Industries Association,Hisar,

Haryana Chamber of Commerce and Industries Kurukshetra.

Total 245 participants from various manufacturing units participated in the programme.

(10) Awareness Programmes on Design Clinic Scheme

Three programmes on Design Clinic Scheme were organized on 25-1-17, 1-3-17 & 8-3-17

at Karnal, Rohtak & Panipat in association with karnal Food Pack Cluster Ltd, Karnal

Signage CFC Pvt Ltd, Plastic CFC Pvt Ltd, Karnal Dairy CFC Pvt Ltd and Industries

Association IDC Rohtak and Textile machinery Manufacturers Association respectively.

Total 170 participants from various manufacturing units participated in the programme.

(11) Awareness programme under ICT Scheme

1 no. awareness programme on ICT Scheme was organised by the Institute on 3-08-16 at

panipat in association with Panipat Dyers Association, Panipat. Total 100 participants from

various manufacturing units participated in the programme.

(12) National Vendor Development Programme

2 NVDPs were organized from 07 – 09 October, 2016 at Kundli & 08-09 February, 2017 at

M.M University Mullana, Ambala in association with MSME Chamber of Commerce

Sonepat and Department of Industries & Commerce, Govt of Haryana, MM University

Mullana, Ambala, NSIC Ambala, SIDBI Chandigarh,Haryana Pharmaceuticals

Manufacturers Association(HPMA), Federation of Pharma Entrepreneur(FOPE) . Total 200

MSME units participated and displayed their products.

(13) Reimbursement under ISO-9001/14001 scheme

01 MSEs under ISO-9001/14001 scheme approved and amount of Rs 79,000/-

reimbursed to the unit.

(14) Reimbursement of National/International Product certification

9 units were reimbursed Rs 6,93,620/- for acquiring National/International product

certification under the scheme “Technology & Quality Upgradation Support to MSMEs” .

(15) Reimbursement under Bar Code Scheme

22 MSE units benefitted under Bar Code scheme and reimbursed an amount of

Rs 6,86,520/-

(16) Entrepreneurship Development Programmes

The Institute has organized 02 EDPs in which 49 prospective entrepreneurs were trained.

(17) Industrial Motivational Campaigns

The Institute has organized 10 IMCs in which 872 participants have been addressed.

(18) Entrepreneurship Skill Development Programmes

The Institute has organized 08 ESDPs at Ambala, Jhajjar, Bhiwani, Karnal, Panipat,

Kurukshetra & Kaithal in which 197 prospective entrepreneurs were trained.

19,573 Udyog Aadhaar were filed during 2016-17 in Haryana State . 3663 units were

registered in msmedata bank.

This office attended three meetings on 12.8.2016 , 4.11.2016 & 15.2.2017 at Chandigarh to

review the performance of banks, credit flow to MSMEs, banking facilities in MSME

Clusters etc.

(22) PMEGP Meeting

This office attended 20 nos of PMEGP Task Force committee meetings during 2016-17 held

at Ambala, Kaithal, Palwal, Bhiwani, Fatehabad, Hisar, Rohtak, Karnal & Yamunanagar.

Production/Service capacity of the unit under Govt. Single Point Purchase Scheme and

earned revenue of Rs 3,10,778/-

Entrepreneurship Development

Programme (EDPs)

ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

Objective:-

Entrepreneurship Development Programmes (EDPs) are being organized as a regular training

activity to cultivate qualities in youth by enlightening them on various aspects of enterprise that are

necessary to be considered while setting up micro and small enterprises. EDPs have attracted the attention

of the educated unemployed youth towards setting up of their own venture under self employment

opportunities. Over the years, these programmes have created confidence among youth which has led to

self-employment and creation of further employment. These programmes are of generally two weeks

duration.

EDPs during 2016-17:-

The Institute organized 02 EDPs in the state during 2016-17 covering districts Karnal, & Sonipat.

Educated Unemployed Youth of SC Category students of ITI/Polytechnic participated in programmes.

During programme, participants were explained about the procedure of setting up of micro &

small enterprises, govt policies, availability of finance from banks, selection & usage of appropriate

machinery and equipments, preparation of project profiles, export opportunities, product/process design,

manufacturing practices involved, testing and quality control, market survey, product pricing etc. The

brief report of few EDPs organized are given on coming pages.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP SKILL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME(ESDP)

Objective:-

Entrepreneurship Skill Development Programmes (ESDPs) are being organized as a regular

training activity to cultivate qualities in youth by enlightening them on various aspects of enterprises that

are necessary to be considered while setting up of micro, small and Medium enterprises. ESDPs have

attracted the attention of the educated unemployed youth. Over the years, these programmes have created

confidence in our youth, which has led to self-employment and creation of further employment. These

programmes are of six weeks duration.

Salient Features:-

ESDP is divided into three sub topics/aspects namely Industrial, Management and Technical.

Industrial covers topic like How to set up MSME, product selection procedure, preparation of project

profile etc. The Management aspects covers marketing management, sales promotion & salesmanship,

customer relationship management, working capital management, taxation, basics of book keeping etc.

The Technical aspect covers technical lectures, practical demonstration.

1 The Institute organised 6 weeks Entrepreneurship Skill Development Programme on CNC

Turning at Govt ITI, Kaithal for SC participants from 30.5.2016 – 11.7.2016. The technical

information and practical demonstrations were provided on CNC Turning machines & its

operation, programming on CNC Machine along with practical guidance for start of new

enterprises, preparation of project report, market survey, product selection and formalities

required for starting new msme unit ,Filing of Udyog aadhaar and availing the loan . Sh M K

Verma, AD coordinated the programme. 25 participants completed the programme.

Computer Hardware maintenance & Networking at Bhiwani for Gen Participants from

6.6.2016 – 18.7.2016. The technical information and practical demonstrations were provided

on Basic of computer, computer parts, assembling of computers, HDD formatting, types of

operating system, Computer maintenance, Troubleshooting of computer faults & Networking

of computers along with practical guidance for start of new enterprises, preparation of project

report, market survey, product selection and formalities required for starting new msme unit,

Filing of Udyog aadhaar and availing the loan. Sh Sandeep Aggarwal, AD coordinated the

3 The Institute organised 6 weeks Entrepreneurship Skill Development Programme on

Computer Accounting with Tally at Karnal for SC Participants from 6.6.2016 – 11.7.2016.

The details/information and practical demonstrations were given on Account making, Ledger

formation, VAT Collection, Basic of Accounting, Tally fundamentals, Purchase & Sales,

Overview of tally feature, getting functional with tally, preparation of Budgets, Knowledge

of pay roll system, Cash flow statements, creation of ledgers & cash book etc . In addition to

this, the entrepreneurs were also guided about the qualities of an entrepreneur, preparation of

the project reports, product selection, working capital management, PMEGP scheme, Filing

of Udyog aadhaar, product identification, role of financial institutes, market survey and other

managerial aspects. Sh Sanjay Nigam, AD coordinated the programme. 25 participants

attended the programme.

4 The Institute organised 6 weeks Entrepreneurship Skill Development Programme on MS

Office & Internet at Kurukshetra for W & PH with Stipend from 8.6.2016 – 20.7.2016. The

technical details/information and practical demonstrations were provided on Basics of MS

word, Power Point Presentation, Slide making, Excel sheet, E mail, Chating, downloading etc

.In addition to this, the entrepreneurs were also guided about the qualities of an entrepreneur,

preparation of the project reports, product selection, working capital management, PMEGP

scheme, Filing of Udyog Aadhaar, product identification, role of financial institutes, market

survey & marketing and other managerial aspects. Sh Sunil Kumar, AD coordinated the

5 The Institute organised 6 weeks Entrepreneurship Skill Development Programme on

DeskTop Publishing at Ambala for SC participants from 12.7.2016 – 23.8.2016. The

technical details/information and practical demonstrations were provided on topics like Tools

used in Pagemaker 6.5, Coral draw & Photoshop for preparation of invitation card, letter

head, resume ,invoice, visiting card, newpaper advertisement materials, handbills, stickers etc

along with practical guidance for start of new enterprises, preparation of project report,

market survey, product selection and Udyog Aadhaar filing and availing the loan. Sh

6 The Institute organised 6 weeks Entrepreneurship Skill Development Programme on

Garments Manufacturing at Ambala for SC participants from 12.7.2016 – 23.8.2016. The

technical information and practical demonstrations were provided on Pattern making &

drafting, construction of various types of Suits, Salwar, Frock, top, Gent Shirt/Kurta, tie &

dye, traditional embroideries and printing techniques. In addition to this, the entrepreneurs

were also guided about the Qualities of an Entrepreneur, Preparation of the project reports,

Product selection, Working capital management, PMEGP scheme, Filing of Udyog aadhaar,

product identification, role of financial institutes, market survey & marketing and other

INDUSTRIAL MOTIVATION CAMPAIGN (IMCs)

Objective

Industrial Motivation Campaign(IMCs) are being organized with an objective to motivate

Educated Unemployed Youth & outgoing college students about the advantage of self Employment

through establishing micro & small enterprises. The prospective entrepreneurs are also given exposure

about the micro, small & medium enterprises in the concerned area & on various Govt schemes. The

details are also being provided on financial support provided by the government, so that the unemployed

educated youth come forward for setting up of micro & small enterprises. They are also being provided

the information regarding schemes like PMEGP & procedure for setting up of viable manufacturing &

service enterprises. These programmes are of generally one day duration.

PROGRAMME REPORT

1 One day Seminar on Bar Coding for MSMEs organised on 27th

May, 2016 at Narwana

in association with HSIIDC Industrial Estate Welfare Association Narwana(HIWAN) .

The objective of the programme was to provide various details pertaining to the Bar

Coding such as Introduction to GS -1 India and GS - 1 global standards in Bar coding,

applications of Bar coding, difference between Proprietary coding and standardized

coding, Importance & need of Global Standards in bar coding, complying with various

regulatory requirements on Bar coding, implementation of Bar coding etc. Sh M K

Report on one day Sensitization/Awareness Programme on Intellectual

Property Rights(I.P.R) for MSMEs.

One day Sensitization/Awareness Programme on Intellectual Property Rights(I.P.R) for

MSMEs was conducted by Ministry of MSME, Govt. of India, MSME Development

Institute, Karnal in association with Karnal food Pack Cluster, Karnal Signage CFC Pvt

Ltd, Karnal Plastic CFC Ltd, Karnal Dairy CFC Pvt Ltd, karnal at Hotel Deventure,

karnal on 31th Aug, 2016. In the beginning, Sh. Sandeep Agarwal, Asstt Director(Chem),

MSME Development Institute, karnal welcomed the guest faculties & participants. Sh.

Sandeep Agarwal, Coordinator of the programme MSME DI, Karnal throw the light on

objective of IPR programme.

The objective of workshop was to impart basic inputs on the various aspects of

Intellectual Property to safeguard the interest of MSMEs and also to meet the global

challenges. The topics of the programme was designed to understand the various forms of

Intellectual Property, International perspective on importance of IP protection & its

benefits to MSMEs and overview on the various forms of IPR i.e. Patents, Trade mark,

Trade secret, Geographical indications, Industrial Design, On line Patent Search & Copy

right etc.

Sh. Major Singh, Director, MSME Development Institute, Karnal delivered the

presidential address to the participants, he spell out the different schemes of MSME and

talk over IPR related issues.

During the Technical Session the presentation on various topics of Intellectual Property

were delivered by Sh Rahul Taneja, Scientist (IPFC), Deptt. Of Science & Technology,

Panchkula, Sh R.P.Yadav, Founder & Managing Partner, Patent Mark Attorneys,

Gaziabad and Sh Ajay Garg, IPR Attorneys, Faridabad.

In total 71 no. of participants attended the programme. Vote of thanks was given by Sh

surveillance through the licensing system.

One day Awareness Programme on Energy Efficient Technology was organized on

9.12.2016 at MSMEDI Karnal in association with Halonix Company. The main motive

of this programme was to make aware the participants about Energy Efficient Technology

as well as NMCP Schemes and subsidies / grants being provided by DC (MSME),New

Delhi to the enterprises.

At the outset all the participants were welcomed by Sh D K Tyagi, AD (Elext.)

coordinator of the programme described about the theme of the programme in nutshell.

In the technical session Sh. Pawan Tiwari, The Energy Resources Institute(TERI), New

Delhi briefed about the scope and advantages of Energy Efficient Technologies –

overview and advantages. He gave a detail presentation about various case studies. He

described the complete procedure how to get EET scheme benefit. He answered all the

queries raised by the participant. He also motivate the participants for adopting Energy

efficient Technology to meet the future energy requirement. Sh. Kumar Gaurav

Agarwal(Technical Head), Halonix also delivered his lecture through his presentation

during the programme.

In his address, Sh. Major Singh, Director, MSME-DI, Karnal assured the participants

about every possible help for promotion of the Industry in the State and he said that they

are giving more emphasis for implementation of NMCP scheme especially on Energy

Efficient Technology. Sh Major Singh motivated the entrepreneur to adopt new

technology to face the competition. He also answered all the queries raised by the

participant.

The programme was concluded with the vote of thanks by Sh Lalit Mittal, AGM Halonix.

About 30 participants participated in this programme and get the benefit of the various

The Institute organized One day Programme on Business Incubators on 26.9.16

at Kurulshetra Institute of Technology & Management, Kurukshetra. Sh J L Tuli,

TPO KITM Kurukshetra welcome dignatries & Participants. The Objective of the

Programme was to familiarize the students about the scheme & motivate them to

think for some innovations. Sh M K Verma ,AD,MSMEDI Karnal motivated the

students to step forward with the innovative idea if they have any innovative

industry oriented idea, Govt. will provide them facilities to nourish the idea & help

to use the innovations commercially. Sh Trilok Gupta, AD,MSMEDI Karnal also

address during the programme. Dr Viraj Tyagi, Principal, KITM Kurukshetra

preside the programme & motivate the students to come ahead with an innovative

idea. Dr Ranjeet Verma, Head, Deptt of Management Studies, KITM Kurukshetra

Report on Awareness programme on ZED at Manesar on 8.11.2016

An Awareness programme on “Zero Effect and Zero defect” was organised here by MSME,

Development Institute, Karnal in association with Manesar Industries Welfare Association (MIWA).More

than 50 Industrialist attended the seminar.

Tirlok Gupta, Asstt Director gave detailed presentation on ZED scheme and motivated the Industrialist to

get themselves registered . He even shared the benefits of getting registered under „ZED‟ scheme.While

sharing about his happiness he said, “ This is the first programme here in this region and I am happy that

industrialist are showing interest and want to implement the same with great fervour.”

Zero Defect Zero Effect" slogan has been coined by our HON‟BLE Prime Minister of India,

Sh.Narendra Modi which signifies production mechanisms wherein products have No Defects and the

process through which product is made has zero adverse environmental and ecological effects.

While talking about it Suman Chawla, General Secretary, MIWA said, “If we would be able to change

our mindset, it would be boon for Industry. The urge to manufacture quality product by keeping

environment conditions in mind can actually give a boost to the growth graph of the country.”

Most of the Industrialist were happy with the initiative and the subsidies Govt is offering to the Industry

for the implementation of the same.The Self-assessment for getting themselves registered has already

been initiated.Industrialist appreciated the move and wanted that there should be one certification that

should have validity at Domestic and international market.

One day Awareness Programme on ZED Scheme was conducted by MSME Development

Institute, Karnal in association with Ambala Small Scale Industries Welfare Association

(ASSIWA)at Ambala on 25.11.2016. In the beginning, Sh. Viplove Singla, President

Ambala Small Scale Industries Welfare Association, Ambala welcomed the dignatries &

participants. Sh. M K Verma, AD, MSME DI, Karnal Coordinator of the programme

throw the light on objective of ZED Scheme & spell out the different schemes of MSME.

The objective of the scheme is to include inculcating Zero Defect & Zero Effect practices

in manufacturing processes, ensure continuous improvement and supporting the Make in

India initiative. The scheme is an extensive drive of the Govt. of India to enhance global

competiveness of MSMEs by providing them financial support in assessment, rating &

handholding of its manufacturing processes on quality and environment aspects. The

activities include nationwide awareness of the ZED model, building capacities of

accredited agencies or bodies by training & certifying assessors & consultants for site

assessment & handholding. The scheme also includes an e-platform for assessments and e-

contents for capability building.

During the Technical Session the presentation on ZED Scheme were delivered by Sh

Trilok Gupta, AD, MSMEDI Karnal.

In total 35 no. of participants attended the programme. Vote of thanks was given by Sh

REPORT OF SPORTs / CULTURAL PROGRAMME ORGANISED BY CGEWCC, KARNAL

Central Government Employees Welfare Coordination Committee ( CGEWCC ),

Karnal organized Indoor Games competition on 27-02-2017 in the Conference Hall of

MSME Development Institute, Karnal. Sh. Major Singh, Secretary, CGEWCC, Karnal

welcomed all the participants who came from different Central Govt. departments for

participating in the Indoor Games. About 70 members from different departments like

MSME DI, Income Tax, Intelligence Bureau, Post Office, Doordarshan, GMSD etc.

participated in the Indoor games competition. The following competitions were organized:

1. Carom

2. Ludo

3. Chess

4. Brisk Walking

5. Lemon-Spoon Race for women

6. Glass Hitting / Dropping

Throughout the day, round of different games were played and in the evening , final

round were played .

On 01-03-2017 Table Tennis competition was organized in the conference hall of

Department of Income Tax, Sector-12, Karnal. Sh. P.S.Tomar, IRS, Pr. Commissioner of

Income Tax, Karnal presided over the function. About 30 members participated in the

Table Tennis match.

On 23-03-2017, a Cultural evening was organized under the Chairmanship of Shri

P.S. Tomar, IRS, Pr. Commissioner of Income Tax, Karnal for the Central Government

employees & their family members. The programme was organized in the conference hall

of MSME DI, Karnal. Shri Major Singh, Secretary, CGEWCC, Karnal welcomed all the

participants & their family members . The following cultural activities were performed by

the participants.

1. Song, Gazal, & Bhajan 2 ) Dance Competition for kids. 3. Tombola

After Saraswati Vandna , different activities were performed by the participants.

Sh. Major Singh, Secretary, Smt. Balbir Kaur, Chief Guest & Sh. P.S.Tomar,IRS, Chairman

distributed the prizes to the participants of Indore Games and Cultural Programme.

About 90 Members participated in the programme. The programme was concluded with

Vote of thanks by Sh. Subhash Kumar, Coordinator of the Committee.
