Case : A young female in her late 20’s lost her UL1, through an accident 2 years before presentation. She had a previous midline diastema before loss of UL1, and requested closure of the gap at the same time time of replacement of the lost front tooth. UR1 was root treated and had a mesial defective composite. A crown was advised on the UR1 with an implant and crown on the UL1.
