preparation before MS analysis (ClinProt Robot, Bruker Daltonics). Knowledge of Peptide Mass Fingerprinting (PMF) technique for proteins identification through Mass Spectrometry. Good theoretical and practical experience of main chromatographic approaches and ability to use HPLC system (HPLC 1100 from Agilent and Ultimate 3000 from Dionex).

Computer skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet Explorer. Specific Mass Spectrometry software (FlexControl,FlexAnalysis, DataAnalysis, Biotools, ClinProTools) and statistical software (Systat e MedCalc).Good knowledge of the main databases (SwissProt, Genebank, Mascot).
