ACCOMPLISHMENTS

SAFETY IMPROVEMENT ACTIVITY:

In blow moulding m/c fingers got injuries .So I placed safety curtain sensor and wiring done.

After that mould got automatically open when the hand enter near the platen.

REJECTION CONTROLLED IN BT

In Bubble top can while blowing the humidity in air enters the can, so most of the can get white issues

and rejection. So I fixed the Mica band heater with GI pipes so as to pass through the pipe and wiring

done with controller.After that due to heat blow air rejection becomes low and more productivity.

COST REDUCTION ON SPARE

In Jar blow m/c blow vave NORGREN valve was failure. It costs upto 75000.

But I fixed a Mercury High pressure dual valve for lp and Hp blow and wiring done for same.

After that it works normally , so same function at low costs.
