18. My Family Care Counselor supports me and my family and will help us no matter what.

19. Please let us know how we can improve:

• More staff, smaller caseloads, workers seem rushed and overwhelmed with such large case loads and many responsibilities (supervisor assumed caseload of transferred worker without much assistance with her supervisor duties.)

• Provide better understanding/or emotional support to the caregivers. A lack of communication was/is evident in this case as well as lack of concern for the caregivers. The road blocks I've had as a care giver was the result of what the PSF counselor did or did not do.

• family care counselors are biased and can never get a hold of them. I hope in the future, the children of the care system get better services and care, because the children in my care have been over looked from day one and its never been about the children

• There is so much and it will take a lot!!! They do what they can...• In my opinion things are great.

Page 21: PFSF Relative Caregiver Satisfaction Survey Results 2010-2011

20. Please let us know of things we are doing well:

• All of the personnel who we have dealt with have been very kind and courteous. They have been very knowledgeable or were willing to find the answers if they did not know. Thank you for caring for the children! Keep up the good work!

• Assist with requests and information about court hearings and planned recommendations for placement.

• Everything• Better serve the children and have a voice for em! Because

that's what its about them not the adults.
