Tips for Successful Ordering• Order ASAP - Place the order as soon as the die design is finalized.• Double Check Part #’s - Make sure they are correct and complete.• Make Financial Preparations - Be prepared to wire transfer when the order

confirmation is received.

Payment• Payments need to be made in full via wire transfer or ACH before the product

can be shipped. A wire transfer instruction document is sent with each order confirmation.

• The final wire transfer amount must match the total order value. Bank fees must be accounted for and paid by the customer.

Shipping / Transit TimesPriority Air ServiceOrders ship within 2 days of receiving payment in full and are typically in transit less than 3 business days, pending customs clearance.

Economy Air Service Orders ship within 3 days of receiving payment in full and are typically in transit less than 5 business days, pending customs clearance.

RMA - ReturnsGeneral Information• Products can be returned up to 60 days after original ship date.• Products must be returned within 20 days from the date of the

RMA being issued.• Standard Lifters does not charge restocking fees. • If the products are being exchanged, an additional order will be

created to ship the correct parts to you.• Once the returned parts have been received and inspected, and are

found to be re-sellable, a credit will be applied to any outstanding balance of any past order.

• Products must be individually wrapped and packaged tightly in the box to prevent damage from occurring during shipping.

• Products MUST be received by SL in LIKE NEW Condition
