The below photo is from a roof tile of a shed in Niagara Falls. Materials could be ordered based on design preferred. The owners main goal was to use local materials, but first seeing how the materials

would look per section,

A similar idea was used to decide on exterior materials and colours for owner’s home. Rendering designed from photos and blueprints.

A fence was proposed for the condo’s ground floor (below) but needed a rendering to convince potential buyers of the style and added value.
