Meeting the Clients Today Carefully read the project description but don’t assume it is the final word. After introducing yourself and practicing Dale Carnegie, ask the client if there are any revisions on the project submitted.Inform the client that you hope to have a draft contract that will be completed through email and an appointment to visit the agency.

What to Ask the Clients?Ideas about what to ask:

Have them clarify something about their project based on what you read on the info form Ask if you will be working in their office or from homeDetermine how you will communicate. Email is best and get their cell phone number if they will give it to you. Give them your cell number.

Students who have web surveys or light/easy projects will be assigned to help students with heavy projects involving research and phone calls

Students who have heavy, more difficult projects can receive up to 3 points added to their Report grade sheet
