I also got to own a national marketing communication. The only problem was, not as many people as we’d like were reading it (old version shown here), as evidenced in operational/marketing gaps.

RESEARCH

So, I worked with Research & Development, Marketing, and Operations to identify two major pain points:

• the existing document was somewhat dry (due to design + language used + sometimes technical content)

• it was hard to access online

Stores not participating in the Pinkcard/ Gift Card program will continue to display the Smoothie menu promo panel in P11/12. Stores not participating in the Pinkcard / Gift Card program will not receive a wall graphic for P11/P12. Stores carrying Dairy-Free Peach Passion should continue to display the Dairy-Free Peach Passion wall graphic P11/12 Goodness Kits arrive as a single delivery in 2 boxes Fresh is in Fashion & all Fashion Targets Breast Cancer POP should be removed Menu Flavor Panel – Pink Bubbly (1 each per store) New menu panel highlighting new flavor Pink Bubbly

Prior to opening on 11/6: Add menu panel to menu (use the P11/12 Menuboard and Machine Lineup) Banner stand poster – not all stores will receive it (1 per store) To be displayed in the lobby on the banner stand. Only non-traditional stores with no storefront will be using the banner stand in P11/12.
