“ I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to your staff and wanted you to know that they represent you and our county in the most positive and professional way. I had called your office to prepare myself for passport applications. Each time I called, I

was greeted with kindness and a sincere attitude to help. May 11th, the day I took off of work early to come to your office was a hectic one……… I called ahead, so they knew I was trying to make it in with my three kids. We arrived at the passport office no earlier than 4:50pm ……...we proceeded to the window where I thought I might have to beg not to be turned away. Instead, the whole office came forward to help me. I was so touched at the teamwork and how willing they were to help us out. I wanted you to know that they deserve huge kudos. I have never been to a government establishment and seen such eagerness to help. They took care of everything in just a matter of maybe 15 minutes and that was impressive considering they were processing three applications, payments, and even a photo because one of my kids needed a replacement photo. Please thank them again for me and thank you for building a team that has an attitude for helping with high integrity. “
