DIY Vertical Cable Balustrading
Vertical Runs Into Wooden Posts Using 2.5mm Stainless Steel Cable
Order the following fixings for each run.
2 x M6 A4-AISI 316 stainless steel Dome nuts with 3mm hole: 208.158.746
2 x CZ121 brass unheaded hex-drive threaded insert: 310.015.006
2 x M6 x 20mm A4-AISI 316 stainless steel threaded tensioner: 160.020.006
2 x Code 2 Copper ferrules: 100.320.020
2.5mm 7x7 Stainless Steel Cable: 603.000.025 (Order 60mm longer than the distance between the posts to allow for fitting). Note: Wire rope cutters, a crimping tool and spanner are the only tools required to install the system.

2 x M6 x 20mm A4-AISI 316 stainless steel threaded tensioner: 160.020.006
2 x Code 2 Copper ferrules: 100.320.020
2.5mm 7x7 Stainless Steel Cable: 603.000.025 (Order 60mm longer than the distance between the posts to allow for fitting). Note: Wire rope cutters, a crimping tool and spanner are the only tools required to install the system.
