Obscenity law 1959- the obscenity law prohibits anyone swearing or using obscene language on commercial platforms such as radio stations and television. Obscene language is anything offensive like swearing.

Ethical issues- Being ethical is not discriminating against anyone, not using offensive stereotypes. And not using offensive language like swearing or saying offensive things in places / media where it isn’t appropriate. For example swearing in a magazine that is read by children would be UN- ethical. My adverts will follow these rules and be ethical.
