The piaOEETracker provides a complete visual representation
of plant efficiency with minimal effort. This tool can iden-
tify and categorize downtimes, as well as analyze drops in
efficiency, and closely monitor quality features. With this in-
formation, problem areas can be identified quickly and opti-
mized. The application requires minimal effort for data con-
nection due to a high degree of automation and enables a fast
connection to assembly lines of all sizes. The intuitive display
and usability allow both the plant operator and optimizer to
use the tool with ease.
The large amount of analyzed data is displayed via a web in-
terface with clear charts, tables, and time-lapse analysis for
each shift, which ensures that losses in quality, efficiency and
availability can be accurately identified. With just a few clicks,
shifts or selected periods of time can be compared. In addition,
the application can display the progression of downtimes, ef-
fectiveness, quality, and the OEE factors over long periods of
time. With the help of innovative display variations, the user can
easily and quickly draw meaningful conclusions. An additional
practical feature is the live display which shows the current on-
going operation. This feature shows the most important infor-
mation on one page and this can then be displayed on a screen
directly by the assembly line.
