Safety First
Dual redundant safety in place for all cri cal components (safety cables on hangers, dual end stops, safety lugs on trolleys,
safety cables on end trucks).
All enclosed track, hangers, brackets, trolleys and individual components or a achments are designed and independently
tested with a safety factor of 5:1 of the yield stress of the component.

Ergonomics
Unified uses Almag cas ngs on our components because of its lightweight and high tensile strength
and molded double bearings on load wheels and guide rollers.
When applicable, Unified uses Ar cula ng End Trucks as opposed to rigid end trucks. The ar culated
bridge allows for crab mo on of the bridge without any difficulty. In most cases Unified ar cula ng
bridge cranes take less than 1% of the gross load to start and maintain movement.
