Fineblanking is a high-precision near-net Process combining principles of metal stamping andcold-forming. Different from conventional metal stamping, fineblanking incorporates the use ofspecial triple action presses. Three concurrent forces - V-Ring force, Counter force and Cuttingforce - act in conjunction extrude parts from strip or coil material.The key to fineblanking is the triple action hydraulic press.
