SUMMARY MODULAR INSTALLATION “PLAZMON-2” FOR PLASMA PROCESSING OR

NEUTRALIZATION OF ANY INDUSTRIAL, MUNICIPAL AND OTHER ENVIRONMENTALLY HAZARDOUS WASTE.

The purpose of the “PLAZMON-2” installation is the processing of the following wastes:

• organic waste, including highly toxic and hazardous:medical waste (syringes, gloves, dressings, organic residues, etc.);

• pesticides and pesticides, used plastic dishes and capacity;

• car tires, wood chips, utility and industrial waste;

• radioactive waste and rocket fuel;

• liquid wastes of all types of oils, antifreezes, solvents, oil sludge waste vegetable oils and milk processing industry, fat emulsions and drains meat processing enterprises, sugar factories, liquid waste live stock complexes including pig farms and poultry farms, aqueous suspension from sedimentation tanks, liquid filtrates from garbage dumps, etc.

• dust with heavy metals, chlorinated plastics, asbestos, hazardous ashes and sludge, scrap metal burned equipment including cars.

INSTALLATION BLOCK 1. System of plasma non-reagent destruction of liquid pharmaceutical waste.

Elements: Plasma generator, Plasma generator process and mode control system, cooling system, device for supplying liquid pharmaceutical waste to the Plasma generator, synthesis gas counter, power supply unit with current / power regulator, cable hose connection of the Plasma generator.

BLOCK 2. System for preparation and non-reagent disposal of solid and mixed solid and liquid pharmaceutical wastes.

Elements: System of preparation, delivery of solid pharmaceutical waste and its mixing with liquid waste, system of mixed waste delivery.

BLOCK 3. System of high-temperature “after burning” of liquid and solid pharmaceutical waste by the use of concomitant synthesis gas.

Elements: supersonic high-temperature burner system, device for selection and supply of synthesis gas to the burner, backup fuel system, high-voltage device for starting the supersonic burner, cable-hose system.

PHYSICO-CHEMICAL CONTENT OF THE PLASMA WASTE RECYCLING METHOD

Plasma processing liquid waste carried out by passing liquid waste through a stream of electric arc plasma.

Molecules liquids and located in her organics dissociate (decompose) into atoms composed of mainly from hydrogen, oxygen, carbon, and other impurities (depending on the primary composition) and atoms pass into ions, tearing off peripheral electrons from their cores.

The temperature of the plasma stream reaches 3500-5000°C. Plasma flow interacting with dispersed liquid wastes and impurities in they causes chemical reactions.

With this liquid waste treatment other than synthesis gas hot water vapor is formed whose heat recycled or converted into electricity with obtaining distilled water.

SYNTHESIS GAS TEST RESULTS IN CAR ENGINES

Produced synthesis-gas consists of H2 40-45%, СО 55-60%, СО2 1-2%. The percentage composition of synthesis gas depends on the composition of the liquid waste.

Tests have shown that synthesis gas is environmentally friendly (the content of hydrocarbons, oxide and carbon dioxide, oxides nitrogen, etc. in exhaust gases) is much more environmentally friendly than gasoline and methane.

A liter of gasoline is equivalent to 1, Shon0 - 1.3 nm3 of such synthesis gas (depending on the composition of the feedstock).

Installation “PLAZMON-2” with a capacity of 50–100 kW when processing water organic suspensions produces improved synthesis gas. At this of 28l of liquid carbon-containing suspensions produced 28 nm3 of synthesis gas at a power of 100 kW. Calorie content of one m3 of the resulting synthesis gas of about 7382 kcal.

A 1 liter of gasoline contains about 8858kcal. Consequently, petrol the equivalent (in liters) of the synthesis gas is 8858/7382 = 1.2 m3 / l.

Therefore, a 100 kW installation in 5 days (120 hours) will produce 5x24x28 = 3360 nm3 environmentally friendly synthesis gas that equivalent to 2800 liters of gasoline.

1. Plasma-forming components - air, water.

2. Waste sorting is not required - the installation will process liquid ground solid and mixed (liquid + ground solid = mixture as pulp). The degree of waste processing is 99.9995%.

3. The minimum number of technological processes.

4. The ability to process super toxicants and radioactive waste.

5. The conversion of any waste into valuable marketable products.

6. The mass-average temperature in the plasma stream is more than 5000°C.

For more than 40 years, members of our research team and authors of inventions and developments engaged in fundamental and applied science, research and development in such scientific areas such as: nonlinear physics, nuclear energy, instrument engineering, including space, geology and geophysics, astrophysics and oceanography, were repeatedly leaders Antarctic expeditions, studied the problems of climate change.
