Definition: A Missional Coach DOES:•Seeks to uncover and understand your personal and professional goals as a Pastor•Questions, listens, encourages, brainstorms, challenges and provides you clarity•Missional Coaching for PLI Pastors holds you accountable for achieving your goals and action plans•Reviews your monthly progress to bring you focus and alignment

• Meet with Craig 1 hour per month for your personal and confidential Momentum Review where your strategic plans, goals, and priorities are reviewed and driven - $125

• Be committed to your growth and progress on this journey for a minimum of 12 months, giving God all the Glory for the good things HE has done in you
