Definition: A Missional Coach DOES:•Seeks to uncover and understand your personal and professional goals as a Pastor•Questions, listens, encourages, brainstorms, challenges and provides you clarity•Missional Coaching for PLI Pastors holds you accountable for achieving your goals and action plans•Reviews your monthly progress to bring you focus and alignment
