Migration

• WorldShare ILL migration – 18 months – 6500 libraries– Libraries decided when to switch and had both systems

running concurrently– Training was mostly web-based

• VDX migration to WorldShare ILL– When – current plan in ANZ starting FY17– How? Who? – to be decided– Each individual library has to be profiled and ‘provisioned’ – Dependency on WorldCat holdings– Sydney data centre– No end of life date for VDX scheduled at this time– Remember - WS ILL is a solid ILL system used by more than

6000 libraries already.
