Feeder feeds material continually under pressure of conveying air (gas) to pneumatic conveying pipeline. Ejecting effect of conveying air stream decreases pressure in inlet chamber so conveyed material is fed into conveying pipeline. Used construction parts are pipeline parts; the feeder is in light of inside overpressure in conformity with regulation No. 26/2003 and is considered as a pipeline that isn’t a pressure device. Temperature of ambient temperature isn’t limited. Venturi feeder is delivered in both, standard and wear proof design with mixing chamber of cylindric or T shape. Wear proof design has inner parts in contact with material stream made of Si - ceramics. The conveying pipeline leads from the feeder body horizontally or is inclined up. The air nozzle is movable to set the air stream ejecting effect.

Maximal temperature of conveyed material 100 °C resp. 200 °C

Ambient air temperature without limits

Maximal operating pressure 0,05 MPa

Mass acc. size and design

Inlet flange and shape of mixing chamber will be given in an equipment design and they will be delivered with

accordance with the equipment design by an order.
