120 Dedicated Trencher

The Boxer 120 Trencher is a dedicated, ride-on trencher available in either 24" (610 mm) or 36" (914 mm) digging depths and 6" (152 mm) chain width. The trencher generates 740 lb-ft (1003 N•m) of applied trenching torque — averaging 6 feet per minute (1.83 m/min) digging speeds depending on soil conditions — to tackle the most demanding trenching applications. The narrow width and low ground pressure allow the machine to navigate in tight areas with minimal track ground disturbance.

chain tension and allows for roots, rocks and debris traveling around the end roller — reducing stress to the head shaft and reducing chain wear.

Powered by a 24.8-HP (18.5-kW) diesel engine and producing 11.3 gpm (43 l/min) of auxiliary hydraulic flow from the single remote auxiliary lines, this new model provides all the power needed for tough jobs. The Boxer 700HDX is the only compact utility loader on the market to offer a hydraulically expandable undercarriage, allowing the operator to expand or retract the undercarriage for passages as narrow as 36" (91 cm) wide — then expand back for increased stability while in operation. The Boxer X7 Chipper was developed for easy 1-2-3 operation — simply start the machine, increase the throttle and engage the feed control bar. The ease of operation is made possible by the electronic fuel injected (EFI) gasoline engine and centrifugal clutch chipper engagement, taking the guesswork out of operating the machine. The internal-drive feed wheel and no-spring feed wheel assembly provide a clean design and reduced service and wear points, such as springs, bearings and hydraulic hoses.
