MatrixCare Point of Care combines the convenience of portable device documentation, the integration of new data with existing records and the virtual elimination of paper-based records. Point of Care is fully integrated with MatrixCare to provide a manageable operational environment and security-protected real-time access to resident care information at any level of the organization.

MatrixCare Point of Care can be accessed on a number of portable devices, such as tablets, kiosk PCs, and more. Certified Nursing Assistants and other users can access resident care needs and assignment information as well as complete documentation on MDS supporting data and

vital signs, intakes, and outputs. Real-time integration with MatrixCare coordinates the scheduling of MDS and vital sign required-charting and resident alerts for vitals that are out of range. This integration automatically updates the resident record with vitals documentation and provides supporting data for MDS completion.

An integrated system is the key to a successful clinical operation because it makes efficient interdisciplinary sharing of vital information possible.Point of Care provides real-time data sharing and communication that eliminates the need to sync systems or download information.
